ARREST LOG: Revoked Drivers Stopped, Charged
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- James Freire, 54, of Wantagh, N.Y., was arrested on Dec. 18, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on North Main Street. Freire has a court date on Feb. 6, 2012.
- Ashton Garland, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 18, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs and Theft. He was arrested at 7:02 p.m. on Broken Ground Drive. Police allege that Garland was in possession of 1 gram of marijuana and a bag containing a multi-colored glass pipe containing marijuana. The alleged theft charge was against on Loudon Road on Dec. 2. Garland alleged stole $8 worth of socks. He is due back in court on Jan. 30, 2012.
- , 48, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 18, and charged with Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested at 7:24 p.m. in the parking lot on Storrs Street. had a court date on Dec. 19.
- Kathryn Antreasian, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 18, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 7:34 p.m. on on North Main Street. Antreasian has a court date set for Jan. 30, 2012.
- Finola Donovan, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 18, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on Pembroke Road.
- Corey Lemay, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 18, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Lawrence Street. The alleged victim in the case was a man.
- Kayla Durand, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 19, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Suspended Registration (Operating-MSID). She was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on South State Street. Durand has a court date on Jan. 30, 2012.
- Christopher Moran, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Dec. 20, and charged with Prowling, Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at on South State Street. He had a court date on Dec. 20.
