ARREST LOG: Teen Faces Multiple Mischief, Reckless Conduct Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Craig Waring, 36, of Canterbury was arrested on Dec. 17, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on North Main Street. Waring has a court date on Jan. 30, 2012.
- Reana Gelinas, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 20, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on South State Street. Gelinas has a court date set for Jan. 30, 2012.
- , 17, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 20, and charged with three counts of Criminal Mischief and three counts of Reckless Conduct. Two of the counts were felonies. The charges stem from allegations that Vigue was involved in three separate incidents on North State Street on Oct. 22. The alleged victims in the case were a woman and two men. He was released on $6,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date scheduled for Jan. 30, 2012.
- Justin Parr, 33, of Andover, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Dec. 20, on three Receiving Stolen Property charges, two of which were felonies. Police allege that the incidents occurred on July 5, July 8, and July 18, against on Poplar Avenue. The victim in the case was the city of Andover, according to an arrest report.
