ARREST LOG: Derry Man Charged With Stealing Cash; Forging Check
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Deborah Mayville, 59, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 25, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 8:56 a.m. on Fayette Street. The allege victim in the case was her common-law spouse, according to an arrest report. She was released on personal recognizance bail. Later, at 3:12 p.m., Mayville was arrested again at the same address and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She refused bail and had a two court appearances on the charges Dec. 27.
- Andrew Doucet, 21, of Goffstown, was arrested on Dec. 27, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs charge. He was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on South Street. Police allege he was in possession of a marijuana pipe/container. Doucet is due back in court on Jan. 30, 2012.
- Michael Mobbs, 33, of Chichester, was arrested on Dec. 27, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 7:48 a.m. on Loudon Road. Mobbs has a court date set for Jan. 30, 2012.
- William Milardo, 48, of Derry, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Dec. 27, and charged with three counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, Receiving Stolen Property, and Forgery, a felony. The charges relate to incidents on July 2, July 5, and Oct. 27, at on North Main Street, the on Airport Road, and a Hall Street address. The victim in the case was reportedly a disabled woman. Police allege that $170 was stolen and a $250 check was forged. Milardo is due back in court on Jan. 30, 2012.
- George Anguish, 56, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 27, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and two counts of Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at 7:40 p.m. at on Pleasant Street after alleged incidents on Portsmouth Street. Anguish refused bail and had a court date on Dec. 28.
- Edward Poka, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 28, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on South State Street. Poka is due back in court on Jan. 30, 2012.
- James Horton, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 28, on a Warrant. He was arrested at 3:26 a.m. on Duke Lane. Horton is due back in court on Jan. 10, 2012.
