ARREST LOG: Concord Men Face Assault Charges

  • , 28, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 5, and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest Or Detention, two Bench Warrants, and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on South State Street. was held on cash bail of $4,000, and had a court date on Feb. 6.
  • , 38, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 5, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Storrs and Theatre streets. The alleged victim in the case is a male acquaintance. Lufkin has a court date on March 12.
  • Brian D. Morton, 26, of Concord, was arrested Feb. 5, and charged with Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD) and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Loudon Road. Morton has a court date on March 12.
  • , 37, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 5, and charged with Robbery; Unarmed Assault (Personal Weapons), a felony. He was arrested on North Main Street at 7 p.m. had a court date on Feb. 6.
  • Joshua White, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on Feb. 5, and charged with Conspiracy To Commit, a felony. He was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on North Main Street. White refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 6.
  • Anna Kathleen Heine, 30, of Webster, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. The alleged incident took place on Jan. 3, on Warner Road. Heine refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 6.
  • , 20, of Tilton, was arrested on Feb. 5, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on North Main Street. Norton had a court date on Feb. 6.
  • Robert Allen Wasowski, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 5, Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on Monroe Street. Wasowski is due back in court on March 12.
  • , 24, of Deering, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, on a Second Degree Assault charge, a felony, and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. The charge was based on an alleged incident that occurred on Feb. 3, on South State Street. An arrest report described the assault charge as part of a “lover’s quarrel.” refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 7.
  • Daniel Yeo, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on Feb. 6, on two Bench Warrants and two Warrants. Later, at 8:19 p.m., Concord Police added a Fugitive From Justice charge. Yeo was reportedly wanted by the Sanford, Maine, Police Department, for a Theft By Unauthorized Taking charge and Milford District Court for a Simple Assault Charge. He refused bail.
