ARREST LOG: Area Residents Face Drug Possession Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Richard Bennett, 20, of Pembroke, was arrested on Jan. 1, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Cherry Street. Police allege that Bennett was in possession of one ounce of marijuana. Bennett is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Jatonya A. Champney, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 1, on a Warrant. She was arrested at 4:50 a.m. on Fisherville Road.
- , 21, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 2, on a Criminal Trespass charge. He was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on Hall Street. Vincent-Smith is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- David John Vecchiola, 29, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 2, on a Criminal Trespass charge. He was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on Hall Street. Vecchiola has a court date on Feb. 6.
- Laurie Gunter Mantz, 52, of Bedford, was arrested on Jan. 2, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD). She was arrested at 7:02 p.m. on Clinton Street. Mantz has a court date on Feb. 6.
- Daron E. Creighton, 26, of Loudon, was arrested on Jan. 2, and charged with Possession Of Drugs and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Royal Gardens. Creighton was allegedly in possession of 0.125 ounces of marijuana. He is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Stephen Matthew Jackson, 27, of Boscawen, was arrested on Jan. 2, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 10:49 p.m. at the Hannah Dustin Parking Lot. Jackson is due back in Franklin District Court on Jan. 24.
- Roger Albert Martel, 40, of Oshkosh, Wis., was arrested at 8:59 a.m. on Jan. 4, on a Warrant. According to an arrest log, Martel was wanted by the “NH AG Office for CD in vehicle 318-B:21, Theft, 637:3.” He had a court date on Jan. 4.
- Michael Francis Ayers, 52, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 4, and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault. He was arrested at 3:12 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Ayers is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Mark Eric Laing, 18, of Deerfield, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Jan. 4, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. Police allege that the incidents occurred on Dec. 26 at Harris Hill – Genesis Elder Care on Maitland Street. Laing allegedly damaged a $1,000 piece of furniture. He is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Nicholas Christian Peno, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 4, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol and Allowing Improper Person to Operate. He was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on Fisherville Road. Peno is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Michael Haynes, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 4, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension or Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 11 p.m. on Fisherville Road. Haynes was held without bail and had a court date on Jan. 5.
