ARREST LOG: Area Residents Face Theft Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Douglas R. Auprey, 55, of Webster, was arrested on Dec. 24, 2011, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and a Yellow Line violation. He was arrested at 2 p.m. on Airport Road. Auprey has a court date set for Jan. 20.
- Brian J. Gaessler, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on Jan. 7, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. The alleged victim in the case is on Storrs Street. Gaessler is due back in court on Feb. 13.
- Robert Henry Boudreau, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Jan. 8, and charged with Theft Of Motor Vehicle, a felony. The charge is based on alleged incident from Oct. 10, 2011. The alleged victim in the case is a man who is a stranger to Boudreau. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Keenan Manning Hibbard, 26, of Bow, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. on Jan. 8, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. Police allege that the victim in the case was on Fort Eddy Road. Hibbard was released on $7,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 13.
- Naomi E. Davies, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 9, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Loudon Road. Davies had a court date on Jan. 9.
- Rianna S. Martin, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Jan. 9, and charged with Possession Of Prescription Drugs W/O Prescription, a felony, Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), and Driving After Revocation And Suspension. She was arrested on High Street. The alleged victim in the case was Martin’s mother. Martin refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 10.
