ARREST LOG: Belmont Woman Faces Theft, Stolen Property Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- David Hall, 28, of Deerfield, was arrested on Feb. 2, and charged with six counts of Possession of Controlled Drugs, five of them felonies, and Habitual Offender, a felony. Police allege that Hall was in possession of Suboxone, Adderall, Clonazepam, and Diazepam, in various quantities. He was also allegedly in possession of needles, filtering objects, Q-Tips, money with “unknown white residue,” a knife, an empty pill bottle, and other identified substances. He was arrested at 2:48 a.m. at on South Main Street. Hall was held on $39,000 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 2.
- Karl L. Eschrich, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Feb. 2, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. The charge was connected to an incident that occurred on Jan. 28, in the parking lot. The allege victim in the case was an elderly woman. Eschrich is due back in court on March 12.
- Angelina Marie Sands, 24, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, on a Bail Jumping charge. The charge was out of the Sixth Circuit Court of Concord. Sands has a court date on March 12.
- Michael O’Neil, 44, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 2, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Old Suncook Road. The alleged victim in the case was a female in-law. O’Neil is due back in court on March 12.
- Richard Robert Fortier, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 3, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 5:40 a.m. on Thorndike Street. The alleged victim in the case was the state of New Hampshire. Fortier refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 3.
- , 33, of Belmont, was arrested at 9:14 a.m. on Feb. 3, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. The charge was based on an alleged incident on Jan. 7, at on Loudon Road. Davis was released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 12. Later in the day, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property. That incident was allegedly took place on Jan. 12, at the on Loudon Road. She was also charged with Theft By Deception, Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD), Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. The incidents took place on Jan. 8, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail on those charges and is due back in court on March 12.
- Kevin McDermott, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 3, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 1:47 p.m. at Concord Gardens. The alleged victim in the case was a woman. McDermott allegedly damaged or destroyed two apartment walls. He has a court date on March 12.
- Samantha Marie Volpe, 22, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Feb. 3, and charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, felonies, The alleged incidents occurred at the at the on Loudon Road on Oct. 15, and Oct. 20. Volpe was held on $20,000 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 6.
