ARREST LOG: Teen Faces Disorderly Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Nina Merchant, 34, of Franklin, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Feb. 13, on a Bench Warrant. She was wanted by the Franklin District Court for Non-appearance in Court. Merchant was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Franklin District Court on March 6.
  • James Riddle, 34, of Plaistow, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on Feb. 13, on an Unsworn Falsification charge. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Joshua Scott Sordiff, 27, of Concord was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 14, and charged with False Inspection Or Registration Sticker and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. The charges relate to two incidents earlier in the day at the Target on D’Amante Drive and the intersection of Cherry and Marion streets. Sordiff was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 19.
  • Heather Ann Schaitel, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 14, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Driving Without Giving Proof, and Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD). She was arrested at 3:36 p.m. at the intersection of Pembroke Road and Blodgett Street. Schaitel was released on $6,000 bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Timothy Earl Peavey, 51, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 15, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 4:17 a.m. on North Spring Street. According to an arrest report, Peavey was wanted by the Concord District Court for an alleged Criminal Mischief charge from Oct. 21, 2011. Peavey was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 19.
  • Daniel A. Campbell, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 15, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Canal Street (formerly East Street) in Penacook. He was wanted by the Concord District Court for Operating After Suspension. Campbell was released on $385 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 16.
  • Cameron Brian Reynolds, 17, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on Feb. 15, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. The charge was based on an alleged incident on Feb. 7, at the Merrimack Valley Learning Center on Washington Street in Penacook. Reynolds has a follow up court date on March 19.
  • Robert L. Brown, 41, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 15, on a Warrant. He was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on North Main Street. The warrant was out of Center Barnstead for Non-threatening Phone Calls, according to an arrest report.
  • Robert E. Martel, 28, of Franklin, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 15, on a Warrant. He was wanted by the Concord Police Department for Violation of a Protection Order reportedly against his spouse, according to an arrest log. Martel released on $1,000 and had a court date on Feb. 16.
  • Priscilla L. Lemieux, 33, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 15, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. Police allege that the incident occurred on Feb. 13, and involved Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Manchester Street. Lemieux was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 19.
  • Timothy D. McHugh, 25, of Northwood, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Feb. 16, on a Receiving Stolen Property charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident on Nov. 16, 2011, at Concord Hospital. Police allege that McHugh stole a 32-inch LCD television valued at $300. McHugh was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Manchester District Court on March 6.
