ARREST LOG: Chichester Man Charged with Forgeries

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Gabrielle Marie Laforce, 22, of Concord, was arrested on March 6, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at noon on Hall Street. Laforce was wanted by the Manchester District Court. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on April 10.
  • Steven Simoneau, 56, of Gilford, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on March 6, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. Police allege that Simoneau stole scrap metals valued at $330 from South Spring Street on Jan. 27. The alleged victim in the case was a Loudon woman. Simoneau was released on $1,000 recognizance bail and is due in Sixth District Court on April 9.
  • David A. MacNeil, 27, of Chichester, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on March 7, and charged with two counts of Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another, both felonies, Forgery, Receiving Stolen Property, and Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. The charges relate to incidents on Dec. 4, 5, and 7, 2011, at on Sheep Davis Road. The alleged victim was a Chichester woman. Police allege that MacNeils forged three checks for $750 and also stole $20 worth of cash.
  • Meghan M. Batchelder, 27, of New Hampton, was arrested on March 7, and charged with Theft and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 4:10 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Batchelder stole three three-packs of boxers and a six-pack of socks, both which were later recovered. The items were valued at $96. Cash bail was set at $4,000 and she had a court date on March 8.
  • , 20, of Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on March 7, on a Bench Warrant. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on April 9.
  • Ryan K. Burke, 23, of Concord, was arrested on March 8, on an Arrest Warrant. He was arrested at 3:54 a.m. in the woods near Henniker Drive, according to an arrest report. Burke was released to another agency.
  • Shawn Baillargeon, 32, of Berlin, was arrested at 8:08 a.m. on March 8, on a Forgery charge, a felony. The charge relates to an incident at TD Bank on Sheep Davis Road on Jan. 31. Police allege that Baillargeon forged a check valued at $100. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and he is due back in court on April 9.
  • Amanda Brie Banaian-Calkins, 18, of Concord, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 9:02 a.m. on Redington Road. She was released on $509 and had a court date on March 9.
  • Leslie Wright, 44, of Concord, was arrested on March 8, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs charge. She was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on North State Street. Police allege that that she was in possession of cocaine.
  • Heather Marie Lytle, 30, of Center Barnstead, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on March 8, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. The charge relates to an allege incident that occurred at the on Feb. 18. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman who was a stranger to Lytle. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on April 9.
  • Jason Derek Woody, 29, of Concord, was arrested on March 8, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 3:10 p.m. on the grounds of on Thorndike Street. Police allege that Woody was in possession of marijuana. He was released on $250 cash bail and had a court date on March 9.
