ARREST LOG: Man Charged with DWI
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Andrew T. Castanha, 21, of Claremont, was arrested on Feb. 12, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated and Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container. He was arrested at 2:32 a.m. at the DOJ lot on School Street. Castanha was released on personal recognizance bail of $1,500 and is due back in court on March 19.
- Ryan Cote, 28, of Pembroke, was issued a summons at 12:45 a.m. on Feb. 19, for Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). The incident reportedly took place at on South Main Street at 12:27 a.m. Cote has a court date on March 26.
- Semir Mehmedovic, 25, of Concord, was issued a summons at 6:43 pm. on Feb. 20, for Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). The alleged victim in the case was an acquaintance and the incident reportedly occurred on Downing Street. Mehmedovic has a court date on March 26.
- Matthew R. Page, 20, of Concord, was issued a summons at 6:43 p.m. on Feb. 20, for Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). The alleged victim in the case was an acquaintance and the incident reportedly occurred on Downing Street. Page has a court date on March 26.
- Daniel Charles Stevens, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 23, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 2 p.m. on Mountain Road. Stevens was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 26.
- Mariah Miner, 19, of Concord, was issued a summons at 10:40 p.m. on Feb. 25, for Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. The summons related to an alleged incident at Green Street on Feb. 24. Miner has a court date on March 26.
- Brenda Rose Demary, 61, of Concord, was issued a summons at 12:50 p.m. on Feb. 25, for Theft. The summons related to an alleged incident at . Demary allegedly stole milk, cheese, nuts, and bread, all valued at $26. She has a court date on March 26.
- Frank Emiro, 24, of Allenstown, was arrested on Feb. 25, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on the Merrimack River Bridge on Loudon Road. Emiro was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 26.
