ARREST LOG: Concord Man Charged With Stalking, Simple Assault
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Kevin Eric Smith, 41, of Syracuse, N.Y., was arrested on Jan. 17, and charged with two counts of Criminal Threatening, Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on North Main Street. The two alleged victims in the case were city of Concord employees. Smith refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 18.
- Joel Williams Sevigny, 43, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 17, and charged with two counts of Stalking and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 9:10 p.m. at the on Fisherville Road. Sevigny had a court date on Jan. 18.
- Timothy Stephen Therrien, 26, of Bradford, was arrested on Jan. 18, on two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 12:19 a.m. at the on Hall Street. Therrien is due back in court on Feb. 13.
- Ashleigh List, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 18, on two Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charges. She was arrested at 5:44 a.m. on South Street. List is due back in court on Feb. 13.
- , 49, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 18, and charged with Criminal Trespass, Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and Public Disposal Of Human Waste-City, an ordinance violation. He was arrested at 10:11 a.m. at the on Stickney Avenue. Picard refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 19.
- , 18, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 18, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and Drivers License Prohibitions. The was arrested at 6:53 p.m. on 81 Fisherville Road. Hindal’s bail was set at $10,000 cash bail. He had a court date on Jan. 19.
- Jr., 24, of Belmont, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Jan. 19, and charged with Criminal Trespass, Attempt To Commit Theft From Building, and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. According to an arrest log, the charges relate to an incident at on Loudon Road on Dec. 12, 2011. has a court date set for Feb. 2.
- , 34, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 19, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on North Main Street. refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 20.
- Robert L. Brown, 41, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 19, and charged with Burglary, a felony, Criminal Trespass, Receiving Stolen Property, and three Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Storrs Street. The warrants were out of the Concord District Court. Brown allegedly stole an item valued at $200 from a man. Brown refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 20.
