ARREST LOG: Concord Teen Charged with Assault
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- , 19, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 24, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 8:13 p.m. at Irving Drive. The alleged victim in the case was a man who was otherwise known to Ames. He is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- Craig A. Cegelis, 41, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 25, on a Driving While Intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on North State Street. Cegelis has a court date set for Feb. 27.
- Pierre Luc St. Onge, 24, of Batiscan, Quebec, Canada, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 25, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. The charges stem from an incident on Jan. 17, on South Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was a man who was a stranger to St. Onge. He is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- Eric Ackley, 42, of Plaistow, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on Jan. 26, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. The charge stems from an incident from Dec. 31, 2011, on Ormond Street. The alleged victim in the case was a 6-year-old boy who was an acquaintance of Ackley’s. Ackley is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- Cheryl L. Gagne, 25, of Henniker, was arrested on Jan. 26, on a Theft charge. She was arrested at 2:36 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Gagne is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- Kevin Martel, 52, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Jan. 26, and charged with Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty. According to an arrest reported, the incident occurred at 10:43 a.m. on Jan. 26, on Pleasant Street. The alleged victim in the case was a girlfriend. Martel refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 27.
- Duncan T. Joyal, 20, of Webster, was arrested on Jan. 27, on a Receiving Stolen Property charge, a felony. He was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on North Main Street. Police allege that Joyal stole a Ghost Tanto bicycle valued at $3,400, which was recovered a few days later. They also allege that the victim in the case was a male teenager who was a stranger to Joyal. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- Trinity Blossom Mansfield, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 27, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. She was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on North Spring Street. The allege victim in the case was a female parent. She has a court date on Feb. 27. Later on in the day, at 10:15 p.m., Mansfield was arrested again and charged with Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, at the same address. She had a court date on Jan. 30 for the second charge.
- Paul E. Chouinard, 58, of Allenstown, was arrested on Jan. 27, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense. He was arrested at 5 p.m. at Loudon Road. Chouinard has a court date on Feb. 27.
- , 20, of Newbury, was arrested on Jan. 27, on a . was arrested at 7 p.m. on Horse Hill Road. was wanted by Franklin District Court for NPF on an Operating After Suspension charge. The student refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 30.
