ARREST LOG: Derry Teen Arrested for Alcohol Possession
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- , 33, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 25, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 7:29 a.m. at the intersection of North State and Centre streets. Braley was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date set for March 26.
- Cody Emond, 17, was summonsed at 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 27, for Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer from on Fort Eddy Road. He alleged stole Corocidin HBP worth $5.99, which was recovered at the scene. Emond has a court date on March 26.
- , 30, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 29, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. She was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on South Main Street. Chellis was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on March 1.
- Kathryn Byington, 28, of Belmont, was at 12:45 p.m. arrested on Feb. 29, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. The alleged victims in the case were two Moultonboro women. The alleged incident occurred on Feb. 24, at the Hitchcock Clinic on Pleasant Street. Byington was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on April 2.
- Lori Anne Clark, 51, of Concord, was arrested on March 1, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. She was arrested at 7:29 on North Emperor Drive. Clark was issued $5,000 cash bail and had a court date on March 2.
- Dennis R. Magnin, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on March 1, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Driving Without Giving Proof. The alleged incidents occurred on Jan. 24, at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Magnin was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on April 2.
- Kimberly M. Vezina, 19, of Pembroke, was summonsed at 12:17 on March 1, for Driving After Revocation Or Suspension on Locke Road. Vezina has a court date on March 26.
- Arthur L. Cummings, 42, of Loudon, was arrested on March 1, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Airport Road. Cummings was wanted by the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office for nonpayment of child support. His personal recognizance bail was set at $600.
- Krickett L. Melvin, 22, of Epsom, was arrested on March 1, on a Theft By Deception charge. She was arrested at 7:36 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Melvin alleged stole earrings valued at $159 and curtain panels valued at $80, both of which were recovered. Her cash bail was set at $1,000 and she is due in court on April 2.
