ARREST LOG: Hooksett College Student Arrested for Drug Possession
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Maxwell Yee, 19, of Hooksett, was arrested on Feb. 4, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated, Possession Of Controlled Drugs, Possession Of Drugs, Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol, and Transportation Of Alcoholic Beverages By A Minor. He was arrested at 3:02 a.m. on Village Street. The Colby Sawyer College student was relased on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
- Michael Gene Raiche, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 5, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on North State Street near . Raiche was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is due back in Manchester District Court on Feb. 28.
- Sara Zareas, 27, of Belmont, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Feb. 6, and charged with Theft and Theft By Deception. The charge relates to an alleged incident at on Loudon Road from Jan. 7. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
- Stephen Cote, 28, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Feb. 6, on a Conspiracy To Commit charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident at Sears on Loudon Road from Jan. 7. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
- Anthony James Hanscom, 36, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on Feb. 7, on a Theft charge. According to an arrest report, the charge related to an incident at on Loudon Road on Jan. 19. Hanscom was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 12.
- , 32, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on Feb. 7, and charged with Conspiracy To Commit and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. The charges related to an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road on Jan. 19. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
- Demitri G. Tucci, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 7, on a Theft charge. He was arrested at 12:20 p.m. at at the on Loudon Road. Police allege the Tucci stole a Zippo lighter valued at $23.95, and a bracelet valued at $5.99. Both items were recovered. Tucci was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 12.
- Daniel Fleury, 29, of Concord, was summonsed at 4:15 p.m. on Feb. 7, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. The charges stem from an incident on April 8, 2011, at the Szechuan Garden Restaurant on Fisherville Road. The allege victim was a male acquaintance.
- Keith Allen Johnson, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on Feb. 7, on three Theft charges. The charges stem from incidents at on Fort Eddy Road on Jan. 26, 29, and 30. Johnson was released on $6,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 12.
