ARREST LOG: 'Jesus' Knife Taken as Evidence from Concord Man

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Joel William Sevigny, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Feb. 18, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. The charge relates to an alleged incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on 98 Fisherville Road. Sevigny refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 21.
  • Rebecca A. Moody, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 18, on two Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charges. She was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Cross Street. The alleged victims in the case where her male spouse and her mother-in-law. Moody was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth District Court on March 26.
  • Christina Marie Labrie, 26, of Allenstown, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Feb. 19, on a Criminal Threatening charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident on Royal Gardens earlier in the day. The alleged victim in the case was Labrie’s girlfriend. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth District Court on March 26.
  • Richard Alan Crider, 49, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 20, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.), Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), and Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested at 8:50 a.m. at Concord Hospital. Crider was released on $1,000 cash bail and had a court date on Feb. 21.
  • Brandon Mitchell Mason, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 20, and charged with Criminal Trespass. He was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Schnitzer Northeast on Sandquist Street. According to an arrest report, Mason gained entry to the site by climbing under a fence. He refused bail and had a court date on Feb. 21.
  • Charles Curtis Cooper, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 21, on three Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 1:36 a.m. at the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen on North Main Street. Police reportedly took a “knife wood handle/fix eyes on Jesus” into evidence. Cooper had a court date on Feb. 21.
