ARREST LOG: Man Charged with Assault After Breaking Victim's Bones

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Mayra Alvarado, 26, of Laconia, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with false inspection or registration sticker.
  • Kristen Jeann J McAllister, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
  • Bryan Alan Case, 24, of Bow, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property. Police recovered $5,500 worth of steel stolen from a Laconia company from Case.
  • Zachary A. Centra, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with second degree assault. The victim, an acquaintance, reportedly suffered broken bones.
  • Brian P. Bergstrom, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with simple assault. The victim reportedly suffered minor injuries.
  • Denzil T. Nelson-Garvey, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Feb. 28 and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) and resisting arrest or detention.
  • Jason Aubut, 34, of Nashua, was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on Feb. 28 and charged with possession of controlled drugs. Police seized an unknown quantity of heroin and two needles from Aubut.
  • Christopher Allen Griffin, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Feb. 28 and charged with burglary, criminal use of defense weapons, conspiracy, and two counts of theft by extortion.
  • Christopher R. Larabee, 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on Feb. 28 and charged with unauthorized taking or transfer. The alleged incident occurred at Best Buy at 78 D'Amante Drive on Feb. 12. Police recovered a stolen Apple Macbook Air valued at $1,200 from Larabee.
  • Timothy D. McHugh, 25, of Northwood, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Feb. 29 and charged with default or breach of bail conditions.
  • Peter Christian Neilsen, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Feb. 29 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, receiving stolen property, and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Police recovered a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20, a can of microwave Chef Boyardee ravioli and a bag of Planters salted peanuts that Neilsen had allegedly stolen from a Cumberland Farms store.
