ARREST LOG: Merrimack Valley High School Student Charged With Assault
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- , 35, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 19, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on North Main Street. The bench warrant was out of the Concord District Court for non-payment of fines. Gibson had a court date on Jan. 19.
- Cynthia D. Saxon Hoffman, 48, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 19, on a Criminal Trespass charge. She was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on Allison Street. Hoffman had a court date on Jan. 20.
- , 35, of Boscawen, was arrested on Jan. 20, on two counts of Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.). She was arrested at 1:21 p.m. at on Pleasant Street. The alleged victim in the case was a male acquaintance of Engelhardt’s. She has a court date on Feb. 27.
- John Gregoire, 45, Wakefield, was arrested on Jan. 21, on a Fugitive From Justice charge. He was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Loudon Road near Gully Hill. He was wanted by the Sanford, Maine, Police Department for a Simple Assault charge. Gregoire was held without bail.
- , 23, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 21, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs charge. She was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on South Main Street. Police allege that she was in possession of marijuana. Casiano was also charged with two counts of Falsifying Physical Evidence, both felonies, relating to incidents on Dec. 25, and Jan. 2. Casiano was released on $22,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- Manny Jagroop, 18, of Franklin, was arrested on Jan. 23, and charged with Prowling and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. He was arrested at 7:35 a.m. at on Clinton Street. Jagroop refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 23.
- Dylan Paul Sargent, 19, of Loudon, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on Jan. 23, on a Second Degree Assault charge. The student allegedly assaulted a man at the school on Nov. 30, 2011, reportedly leaving him unconscious, according to an arrest report. Sargent was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- Mark Ronald Cook, 44, of Merrimack, was arrested on Jan. 23, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Drivers License Prohibitions, and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 6:29 p.m. outside on North Main Street. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the Concord District Court for non-appearance in court. Bail was set at $5,000, and Cook is due back in Candia District Court on Feb. 21.
