ARREST LOG: More Mischief, Warrant Arrests in Concord
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Christopher Botta, 37, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 1, on a Warrant. He was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on North State Street. Botta had a court date on Jan. 2.
- Matthew Marcil, 29, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 1, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated and one count of Conduct After An Accident. He was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on Church Street and is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Cody Allan Ordway, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Jan. 1, on a Receiving Stolen Property charge. Police allege that the charge was based on an incident that occurred at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 23, on Pitman Street. The alleged victim was a female friend of Ordway’s. He is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- Richard F. Fenderson, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 2, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on Bog Road. Fenderson had a court date on Jan. 3.
- Koallie M. Rowe, 25, of Salisbury, was arrested on Jan. 2, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Suspended Registration. She was arrested at 2:21 p.m. at the on Hall Street. Rowe is due back in court on Feb. 6.
- , 61, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 2, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Disorderly Conduct, Indecent Exposure and Lewdness, and Public Disposal of Human Waste-City. He was arrested at 3:56 p.m. at the on Storrs Street. The alleged victim in the case was LePage Bakeries of Auburn, Maine. refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 3.
- Warren Picard, 49, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 2, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 7:09 p.m. at the on Fort Eddy Road. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the “EBW for original charge of disorderly conduct NPF.” Picard had a court date on Jan. 3.
- Regino Cabrera, 53, of Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 3, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 1:05 a.m. at the Payless Shoes on Storrs Street. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the “EBW for Driving After Revocation or Suspension.” Cabrera has a court date set for Jan. 30.
- Gregory William Meeh, 63, of Cantebury, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Jan. 3, on a Criminal Mischief charge. The charge reportedly relates to an incident at 2:51 p.m. on Dec. 9, at the store on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was an elderly man who was otherwise unknown to Meeh. He is due back in court on Feb. 6.
