ARREST LOG: Residents Charged With Driving While Intoxicated

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Arianna Phillips, 21, of Tilton, was arrested on Jan. 12, on a Theft charge. She was arrested at 3:55 p.m. at the on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Phillips stole seven cans of Enamil baby formula. She is due back in court on Feb. 13.
  • , 25, of Boscawen, was arrested on Jan. 13, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 10:11 a.m. at the intersection of East Side Drive and Loudon Road. Pelkey has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Charles A. Fowler, 50, of Weare, was arrested on Jan. 13, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Conduct After An Accident. He was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on Clinton Street. The alleged victim in the case is the City of Concord. Fowler has a follow up court date on Feb. 13.
  • Christine Herbert, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 14, on a Driving While Intoxicated charge. She was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on Downing Street. Herbert has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Geoffrey Freeman Kilar, 26, of New London, was arrested on Jan. 16, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. The Bryant University college student was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on South Main Street. Kilar is due back in court on Feb. 13.
  • Anthony Hill, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 17, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 12:09 p.m. on Jennings Drive. The alleged victim in the case was a woman. Police allege that Hill was in possession of a glass smoking pipe with marijuana residue. He has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • Richard F. Fenderson, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Jan. 17, on a Bench Warrant. He was wanted by the Concord District Court for non-appearance in court and released on $25,000 persona recognizance bail.
  • Derek M. Deschenes, 24, of Deering, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. on Jan. 17, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. The charge stems to an alleged incident that occurred on Jan. 15 on South State Street. The allege victim in the case was Deschenes’ girlfriend. He has a court date on Feb. 13.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 17, on four Bench Warrants. His bail was set at $6,000 personal recognizance and he has a follow up court date on Feb. 13.
