ARREST LOG: Tilton Teen Busted for Weapons, Burglary

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • , 61, of Concord, was arrested on March 2, at 4:25 a.m., refused bail, March 2, two counts of Criminal Trespass and Prowling. He was arrested at 4:25 a.m. at the on South Main Street. Police alleged that Powell stole a denim jacket, a knit hat, black boots, earrings, Funspot tokens, Space Center tokens, and loose change valued at $5.75, from a GMC truck and a Toyota Rav4.
  • Dustin Matthew Hamilton, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 3 p.m. on March 2, on a Warrant. Hamilton was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on March 26.
  • Rose Jerwell, 48, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. on March 2, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. The charges relate to an incident on North Spring Street on Feb. 5. The alleged victim in the case was a female law school student. Jerwell was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth District Court on April 2.
  • Heidi M. Rowell, 41, of Danbury, was arrested on March 3, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested 3:35 p.m. on North Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman who was a stranger to Rowell. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on April 2.
  • John A. Trodella, 34, of Biddeford, Maine, was summonsed at 4:45 p.m. on March 3, for Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD) and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. He was stopped on Loudon Road.
  • , 18, Concord, was arrested on March 4, and charged with Theft Of Services. He was arrested at midnight at on 221 Loudon Road. personal recognizance was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth District Court on April 9.
  • Robert Pitts, 18, of Concord, was arrested on March 4, and charged with Theft Of Services. He was arrested at midnight at TGI Fridays on 221 Loudon Road. Pitts reportedly did not pay for an $80 tab. His personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth District Court on April 9. Pitts was later arrested on March 5, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Use Of Deadly Force) and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, both felonies. He was arrested 9:45 p.m. on South State Street. Police allege that Pitts threatened a teenage acquaintance. Police took possession of two small knives, according to an arrest report. Pitts refused bail and had a court date on March 6.
  • Nicole Whitney Miner, 26, of Bow, was arrested on March 5, and charged with Theft and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 1:09 p.m. at on D’Amante Drive. Miner reportedly stole miscellaneous items valued at $99, which were later recovered. Cash bail was set at $4,000 and Miner is due back in court on April 9.
  • Robert Lloyd Dunlap Jr., 18, of Tilton, was arrested on March 5, on a Carry/Sell Weapons (Switch Blades, Etc.) charge. He was arrested 8:16 p.m. on Fisherville Road. Police allege that he was in possession of brass knuckles. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000 and Dunlap is due back in Sixth District Court on April 9. Later in the evening, Dunlap was charged with Burglary, a felony. The charges relates to an incident at Fayette Street on July 24. Dunlap reportedly entered the residence of an acquaintance through an unlocked window, according to an arrest report. Police allege that he stole at 52-inch Sony Bravia flat screen television, a Sony Play Station system, a Nintendo Wii system, three laptops, a Tom Tom GPS unit, a JVC Everio video camera, as well as Vicoin and Lorazepam pills. According to an arrest report, police obtained evidence from students, text messages, and fingerprints at the scene.
