Arrests: Teens Busted Stealing Underwear, Thongs from Stores

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Alexa Hingston, 18, of Barnstead, was summonsed at 8 p.m. on May 20, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge against on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Hingston stole baby clothes, two dresses, a short sleeve top, and six pairs of thong underwear, with a combined value of about $85. The items were recovered, according to police. The Prospect Mountain High School student is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • , 24, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on May 23, on two counts of receiving stolen property. She is accused of stealing two T-shirts, a Maiden Form bra, plastic crystal hear earrings, and plastic purples stone earrings, all valued at $31, from the Kohl’s Department Store in Tilton on April 29. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Barlett is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Samantha Mudge, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on May 23, on two counts of receiving stolen property. She is accused of stealing two T-shirts, a Maiden Form bra, plastic crystal hear earrings, and plastic purples stone earrings, all valued at $31, from the Kohl’s Department Store in Tilton on April 29. The items were recovered, according to a report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Mudge is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Douglas J. Cailler, 61, of Concord, was arrested on May 27, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on West Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Cailler is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 2.
  • Timothy J. Kingsbury, 27, of Concord, was arrested on May 28, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 5:22 a.m. on Grove Street. Police allege that he assault his girlfriend. Cash bail was set at $2,000. Kingsbury had a court date on May 29.
  • Kathleen P. Obst, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on May 30, and charged with organized retail crime enterprise, a felony, theft, and receiving stolen property. The charges relate to an incident on May 22 at on Loudon Road, involving .
  • Kayleigh Jessica Decato, 18, of Belmont, was arrested on May 31, and charged with criminal liability for conduct of another and receiving stolen property. She was arrested at 4:10 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that she was involved in stealing three pairs of underwear, three bottles of body lotion, and a multiple color top, from Sears, JC Penny, Rue 21, and . The total value of the items was $33. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Decato is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 2.
  • Alisha Brianna St. George, 17, of Belmont, was arrested on May 31, and charged with theft and receiving stolen property. She was arrested at 4:10 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that St. George stole a dress, two pairs of underwear, a green sundress, a necklace and four bracelets, two dresses and a top, and sandals from Sears, JC Penny, Rue 21, and TJ Maxx. The Items were valued at $154 and were all recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. St. George is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Arthur Charles Pierce, 53, of Concord, was arrested on June 1, and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on Canal Street on Penacook. Police allege that Pierce was in possession of one gram of marijuana. The alleged victim in the case was a woman from Penacook who was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Pierce is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 2.
  • Russell R. Maynard, 44, of Concord, was summonsed at 7:20 p.m. on June 2, driving after revocation or suspension. He was stopped at the intersection of Loudon Road and Fort Eddy Road. Maynard is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 2.
  • Scott A. Smith, 44, of Hillsborough, was arrested on June 4, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 2:03 p.m. outside the Corner View Restaurant at the intersection of South and Clinton streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Smith is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
