The officer asked Ferry if she knew that her taillight was out and she said was aware of it and had an appointment to fix it the next day, according to the report. Dispatch informed the officer that Ferry’s registrations were suspended, and she was arrested and taken into custody. Ferry was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on July 8. She was also given a warning for the taillight. • Martha S. Delong, 25, of Boscawen, was arrested at 5:25 a.m. on June 8, on a driving while intoxicated charge. An officer was dispatched to Monroe Street for a single vehicle accident. While en route, dispatch relayed that one of the callers stated that it appeared that the vehicle had attempted to leave the scene. Concord Fire and Rescue teams were at the scene assisting to cleanup the accident, a Toyota Yaris with heavy front-end damage to the bumper. A man and woman were standing about 50 yards from the vehicle, according to the report. The man stated that he was driving and the woman agreed. While examining tire marks leading to the front of the Monroe Street home, the woman reportedly began to cry, according to the officer. The driver also "seemed confused and stammered with his responses," the officer alleged. “I could smell a distinct odor of alcohol emanating from both of them.” Another officer arrived at the scene while both were given field sobriety tests. The man later allegedly admitted that Delong was really driving. The man alleged that Delong reversed westbound on Monroe Street and appeared to lose control of the car and collided with the railing and staircase of the home. They then switched seats, he alleged. DeLong was arrested. The report stated that Delong was also arrested on March 17, on a simple assault charge and violated bail conditions. She was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on July 1. She was also summoned for limitations on backing for the unsafe reversed in the car.
  • Sara E. Senter, 18, of Hopkinton, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on June 15, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. At approximately 2 a.m., an officer patrolling Penacook Street heading east observed a motor vehicle heading west with a right front headlight that was not working. The 2010 Subaru was pulled over at the intersection with Auburn Street. While speaking to the driver, the officer noticed that all the occupants in the vehicle, three other people, appeared to be young. The officer alleged that the scent of alcohol was emanating from the vehicle. The officer asked the driver about the headlight and the front passenger reportedly said, "It's our car," referring to the other female passenger seated behind her. The officer asked the driver if he had been drinking and again, the front passenger spoke before the driver could, according to the report. The woman reportedly told the officer that no one had been drinking. The officer told the passenger that he was speaking to the driver and the driver also said that no one had been drinking and that they had come from a friend’s house. “The driver appeared to be nervous as well as the other passengers," the officer said. The driver and all the other occupants were all under 21, according to the report. The driver was asked to get out of the car and he did. He denied drinking but hesitated answering as to whether or not the passengers had been drinking. The officer requested that the driver be honest and the driver stated that he was the “DD,” or designated driver. The driver agreed to a PBT and the reading was 0. Senter was then asked to get out of the vehicle and she agreed. According to the report, she denied drinking but the officer stated that she smelled like alcohol and her face was “red and flush.” Senter was later arrested. Other passengers blew a 0 on the PBT too. Senter was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and had a court date on July 15.

Officers were called to South State Street for a noise complaint. The reporting officer noted a car parked in the street with a man and woman in the front seats and a woman in the back seat playing with a hula hoop. At the same time, three males walked from the rear of the apartment, one carrying a 30-pack of beer, entering a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. The officer approached the vehicle and spoke with Miner who was the driver. The officer alleged that a scent of alcohol was coming from the vehicle and requested that all take a field sobriety test which they refused. When stepping out of the vehicle, the officer alleged that rolling papers fell off the lap of Miner, who later allegedly said they were for cigarettes. In plain view of the driver’s side rear floor was an open can of Budweiser, the officer alleged. Miner allegedly admitted that the beer was his and he was taken into custody. According to the report, an inventory of the vehicle was taken, and on the passenger rear seat was a cloth purse with a pipe in it with marijuana residue. In the glove compartment, two other pipes were found, and in the center console, police reportedly found two small baggies of marijuana. The woman who made the call alleged that White was banging on the door and she didn’t want him there. When officers came across White, he was allegedly visibly intoxicated but denied banging on the door. White was then escorted back to his apartment on Concord Street. Later though, dispatch advised officers that White was out on bail and part of the bail conditions were that he refrain from using alcohol. Officers returned to Concord Street to speak with White who confirmed that he was out on bail and allegedly had had two beers that night, but said he didn’t know it was a bail violation. He was arrested and later, an officer found his bail paperwork in his pocket and showed the provision to White. White later allowed a portable breath test to capture his alcohol blood content. Officers were called to White Street a little before 2 a.m. for a report of a domestic disturbance. The officers spoke to a man who reported that there was a situation with people arguing and to speak with Foote about it. The officers spoke with a woman who stated that she and others were back from the Moose Lodge on North State Street after a funeral earlier in the day. She said there were no problems and everyone returned to the home. Some of the family members went to bed while others stayed up. The woman alleged that another woman may have stolen items from the home in the past and Foote allegedly became angry at the accusation. The woman alleged that Foote pushed another person and punched a window on a storm door, shattering it, while leaving the home. Other witnesses confirmed the woman’s testimony. At around 4 a.m., Foote reportedly called into police to talk with the investigating officer and gave his side of the story. He reportedly said he was upset with the language used during the discussion of stolen items, relating it to be compared to a junkie. He allegedly admitted to punching the window, injuring his forearm, where there was still glass in the wound. Later, Foote turned himself in but refused medical attention. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Aug. 12.
