ARRESTS: Andover Woman Allegedly Issues Bad Checks for Rent

- , 18, of Concord, was arrested on March 27, and charged with Theft; From A Motor Vehicle and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 6:53 p.m. in the Fire House Block Parking Garage on North State Street. Police allege he stole about $10 worth of change from a motor vehicle. refused bail and had a court date on March 28.
- , 18, of Concord, was arrested on March 27, and charged with Theft; From A Motor Vehicle and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 6:53 p.m. in the Fire House Block Parking Garage on North State Street. refused bail and had a court date on March 28.
- Sabrina Marie Baker, 20, of Andover, was arrested on March 27, on an Issuing Bad Checks charge. She was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on Pillsbury Street. Police allege that Baker passed two bad checks on Dec. 3, 2011, to her landlord. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. The senior is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- Eric Alan Bourdages, 35, of Averill Park, N.Y., was arrested at 11:59 a.m. on March 28, on a Bench Warrant. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Bourdages is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- , 26, of Henniker, was arrested on March 28, on a Bail Jumping charge. She was arrested at 1:46 p.m. at Concord District Court on Clinton Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $600. She’s due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- Matthew Michael, 18, of Salisbury, was arrested on March 28, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested 3 p.m. at the intersection of Allen and High streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Michael is due in Franklin District Court on April 24.
- , 26, of Concord, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on March 28, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. Police allege that stole a bottle of wine valued at $10 from on Feb. 25. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and had a court date on March 29.
- , 35, of Concord, was arrested on March 29, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 2:31 a.m. at Penuche’s on Pleasant Street. The bench warrant was from Concord District Court for non-appearance in court on a simple assault charge. Cash bail was set at $500 and is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- Jonathan Paul Higgins, 19, of Allenstown, was arrested on March 29, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 2:50 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a teenager from Barnstead. No bail was offered and Higgins had a court date on March 30.
- William Fralic, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on March 29, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer charge. Police allege that Fralic stole a Samsung flip phone valued at $50 from a Concord man who was otherwise unknown to Fralic at on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Fralic is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
- Douglas Lee Hynes, 44, of Concord, was arrested on March 29, on a Warrant. He was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Pleasant Street. He was wanted by the Hudson Police Department for unauthorized used of a propelled vehicle. According to an arrest report, police seized a needle from Hynes to be destroyed.
- , 30, of Concord, was arrested on March 29, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. He was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on West Street. Cash bail was set at $6,000. Hunter had a court date on March 30.
- Joshua D. Ingram, 17, of Concord, was arrested on March 29, and charged with Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. He was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on Cheryl Drive. Cash bail was set at $6,000 and he reportedly refused bail services. Ingram had a court date on March 30.
