ARRESTS: Belmont Teen Charged with Theft
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Ashley Hutchinson, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 29, 2012, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, driving while intoxicated, and operating without a valid license. She was arrested at 4 a.m. on Water Street. Police allege that Hutchinson was in possession of single dose of Savella, a blue straw with white residue, and a small plastic baggie found in her purse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Hutchinson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
Gina Marie Rosso Mangno, 28, of Laconia, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Nov. 1, 2012, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and a bench warrant. The theft stems from an alleged incident at 8 a.m. on June 7, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. Police allege that Mangno stole miscellaneous DVDs valued at around $500. The bench warrant was from July 17. Mangno refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 2.
Joshua Hutchins, 22, of Thornton, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2012, and charged with second-degree assault, two counts of criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.), endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, and simple assault (personal weapons). The charges stem from alleged incidents on Oct. 30, and Oct. 31, on Bluffs Drive. The alleged victims were a stepchild from Thornton and a Concord woman. Hutchins had a court date on Nov. 2.

Marissa Marie Gable, 18, of Belmont, was arrested on Nov. 1, 2012, on a theft charge. She was arrested at 2:30 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that Gable stole sandals and a phone charger, all valued at $55. The items were recovered, according to an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Gable is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
Mikayla W. Fiske, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 1, 2012, on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Island Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Fiske is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.

Leilani R. Winters, 20, of Loudon, was arrested on Nov. 1, 2012, on a driving while intoxicated charge. She stopped outside the clock tower on North Main Street at 1:23 a.m. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Winters is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
Randy R. Moffett, 35, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 21, 2012, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and false imprisonment. He was arrested about an hour after the alleged incidents at the Route 3 Auto Sales location on North State Street. Moffett had a court date on Nov. 26.
Edward Sanel, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2012, on a theft of lost or mislaid property charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Subway on South Main Street at 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 22. Police allege that Sanel took a black purse from the restaurant that had credit cards, a checkbook, and $220 worth of cash in it. He had a court date on Nov. 19.
Marc Mallard, 30, currently in custody at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2012, and charged with two counts of violation of protective order; penalty, and attempt to commit tampering with witnesses and information, a felony charge. He was arraigned on Oct. 26.
