ARRESTS: Boscawen Man Arrested on Criminal Trespass Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • 28, of Concord, was arrested on Feb. 20, on a Receiving Stolen Property charge. He was arrested at 1:18 p.m. at on Pleasant Street. Police allege that Dafoe stole a broken pair of sunglasses valued at $20, from a Concord woman who was a stranger. The glasses were later recovered. Dafoe’s personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on March 26. 
  • Holly S. Pickering, 27, of Boscawen, was arrested on Feb. 20, and charged with Unauthorized Use Of Propelled Vehicle, Driving While Intoxicated, and Operating Without A Valid License. She was arrested at 1:30 pm. on Pleasant Street. Police allege that Pickering was using a 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo valued at $5,000 that was own by a Concord woman who was a stranger to Pickering. The car was recovered in the same condition. Police also took pictures of beer cans in the car as evidence. Personal recognizance bail for Pickering was set at $5,000. She has a court date March 26.
  • Elizabeth Smith, 19, of Concord, was issued a summons at 10:40 p.m. on Feb. 25, for Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. Smith was allegedly in possession of the alcohol the night before at a Green Street address.
  • Williams Robinson, 56, of Pembroke, was arrested at 2:59 p.m. on March 4, on a Warrant issued earlier in the day.
  • Brandyn Stiegler, 35, of Concord, was arrested on March 9, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 2:58 p.m. outside of New Hampshire Works on West Street. Personal recognizance bail for Stiegler was set at $2,000. He’s due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 9.
  • Paul Nanasi, 57, of Concord, was arrested on March 12, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Possession Of Drugs, and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 9 p.m. at on Village Street. Police allege that Nanasi was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Nanasi is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 16.
  • , 49, of Concord, was arrested on March 15, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. She was arrested at 4:26 p.m. at the intersection of North Main and Park streets. Cash bail was set at $500 and she had a court date on March 16.
  • Andrew Mark Kalgreen, 35, of Sanford, Maine, was arrested on March 15, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Driving Without Giving Proof. He was arrested at 2:42 p.m.  the intersection of Old Turnpike Road and Terrill Park Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 16.
  • Luke Ocasey, 31, of Boscawen, was arrested on March 16, on a Criminal Trespass charge. He was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Washington Street in Penacook. His personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. He’s due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 16.
