ARRESTS: Boscawen Man Charged with Assault

  • , 35, of Concord, was arrested on May 11, and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, a felony, conduct after an accident, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at 1:50 a.m. at the intersection of South State and Concord streets after an accident. refused bail and had a court date on May 11.
  • Sarah L. Hodge, 51, of Concord, was summonsed at 1:30 p.m. on May 11, for having a dog that was a menace, nuisance, or vicious. According to a report, the dog allegedly injured a female city of Concord parking department employee on North State Street.
  • Brent R. Bliss, 44, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on May 11, on a simple assault charge. The charge was based on an alleged incident that occurred on May 10 on Maplewood Lane. The alleged victim in the case was his female spouse. According to an arrest log, police impounded a pair of Marlin rifles from the home. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Bliss is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Lee Walch, 39, of Epsom, was arrested on May 11, on driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 9:55 p.m. at the intersection of Union and Centre streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Walch is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Erin Murphy, 34, of Laconia, was arrested on May 12, at 1 a.m. at the intersection of Warren and North Main streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Murphy is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Stephen A. Murphy, 25, of Concord, was arrested on May 12, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 7:41 a.m. at the intersection of Liberty and Warren streets. Murphy was wanted by the Concord District Court for an operating after suspension charge and had a court date on May 15.
  • Tyler B. Castogiovanni, 20, of Barnstead, was arrested on May 12, on a warrant. He was arrested at 2:37 p.m. at .
  • Brittany Reed, 20, of Epsom, was issued a summonsed at 2:35 p.m. on May 12, for theft from on Loudon Road. Police allege that on May 11, Reed stole a pair of pants valued at $38.
  • , 28, of Concord, was arrested on May 12, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Hall Street. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Jeffrey G. Pike, 18, of Concord, was summonsed at 5:51 p.m. on May 12, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge, on West Parish Road. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • Donald William Miller, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on May 12, on a second-degree assault (personal weapons) charge, a felony. The alleged incident took place on March 2, at the on South Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was an acquaintance. Cash bail was set at $10,000. Miller had a court date on May 14.
  • , 41, of Concord, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on May 12, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery. The charges stem from alleged incidents at North Main Street and the Citizens Bank on Capital Plaza on April 11. The alleged victim was a Concord woman who is reportedly an acquaintance. Police allege Rowell stole a Citizens Bank check and forged it for $220. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Rowell is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Ashley Ross, 18, of Concord, was summonsed at 11:34 p.m. on May 12, for unlawful possession of alcohol, at Perkins Court. Ross is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Alec Bauer, 17, of Concord, was arrested on May 12, and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of alcohol, resisting arrest or detention, and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 11:40 p.m. at Perkins Court. Police allege that Bauer was in possession a 1.75 liter bottle of Smirnoff Orange vodka and a pipe with marijuana residue. Bauer refused bail and had a court date on May 14.
