ARRESTS: Boscawen Man Faces Illegal Drug Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Chelsea Marie Schilling, 20, of Concord, was arrested on May 3, and charged with willful concealment. She was arrested at 3:15 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Schilling stole a woman’s shirt valued at $30. Personal recognizance was set at $1,000. Schilling is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • , 27, of Wilton, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on May 7, on a violation of privacy charge. The alleged incident took place at the New Hampshire Farm Federation on Sheep Davis Road on Jan. 22. The alleged victim in the case was a woman who was an acquaintance of Umenhofer’s. Personal recognizance bail was set $1,000. Umenhofer is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • Carrie Drake, 42, of Concord, was summoned at 10:50 a.m. on May 8, for two counts of simple assault (personal weapons), for alleged incidents that occurred at on Pleasant Street on April 30. The alleged victim was her mother, who lives in Rochester. Drake is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • , 23, of Hopkinton, was arrested on May 8, and charged with robbery; unarmed, a felony, and simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 3:02 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Wright allegedly stole two umbrellas, valued at $50, that were later recovered by police. Cash bail was set at $7,000. Wright had a court date on May 9.
  • Timothy R. Murray, 28, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on May 9, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. The charges stem from an incident on April 5, on Charles Street in Penacook. Murray refused bail and had a court date on May 10.
  • Michael E. Huettner, 21, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant on May 9. He was arrested at 3:14 p.m. outside of on Hills Avenue. Huettner refused bail services and had a court date on May 9.
  • Kurt W. Vroom, 18, of Deerfield, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on May 9, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. The student allegedly damaged a 1989 Jeep at the intersection of Pleasant and Warren streets on March 30. The alleged victim in the case was another Concord High School student. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Vroom is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested on May 9, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 9:35 p.m. in the Legislative Parking Garage on Storrs Street. The warrant was an alleged criminal threatening charge from Concord District Court. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Martel is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • , 20, of Concord, was arrested on May 9, on a bench warrant from Concord District Court, concerning a criminal threatening charge. He was arrested at 9:49 p.m. at the Legislative Parking Garage on Storrs Street. Cash bail was set at $250. Lord had a court date on May 10.
  • Lisa Mae Frontiero, 47, of Concord, was arrested on May 10, on a warrant. She was arrested at 9:46 a.m. at the headquarters. She was wanted by the Laconia Police Department for willful concealment. Frontiero refused bail and had a court date in Laconia on May 11.
  • Trixie L. Vazquez, 18, of Manchester, was arrested on May 10, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. She was arrested at 5:46 p.m. at the Hess Station on Hall Street. Police allege that she was possession of marijuana at the time of her arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Vazquez is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • , 36, of West Haven, Conn., was arrested on May 10, and charged with organized retail crime enterprise, a felony, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs (transportation). She was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on the southbound Exit 14 of I-93. Cash bail was set at $50,000. Collins had a court date on May 11.
  • Rebecca Gargiulo, 35, of West Haven, Conn., was arrested on May 10, and charged with organized retail crime enterprise, a felony. She was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on the southbound Exit 14 of I-93. Cash bail was set at $50,000. Collins had a court date on May 11.
