ARRESTS: Bow Man Busted for Theft

, 20, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on July 23, unlawful possession of alcohol, default or breach of bail conditions, and a bench warrant. was arrested at 4:15 p.m. North Main and Court streets. The bench warrant was out of Concord District Court for a resisting arrest charge. Police seized her backpack, filled with miscellaneous items, and held it for safe keeping, according to an arrest report. refused bail and had a court date on July 24.
, 24, of Nashua, was arrested on July 26, and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs, both felonies. She was arrested at 7:20 p.m. at the headquarters after being transferred from earlier in the evening. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Levesque is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
Rickey F. Patch, 54, of Concord, was arrested on July 28, on a bench warrant from Laconia District Court for trespassing. He was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on Concord Street.

Leon Sage, 26, of Concord, was arrested on July 29, and charged with obstructing the report of a crime or injury. He was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Prescott Street. The alleged victim was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Sage was held on $2,000 cash bail and had a court date on July 30.
Christopher Asaia, 37, of Concord, was arrested on July 29, on a criminal mischief (vandalism). He was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on Amy Way. The alleged victim was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Police alleged that Asaia destroyed or damaged drywall, valued at $50. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Asaia is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.

Kevin Boyce, 60, of Concord, was arrested on July 30, on possession of alcoholic beverages on private property. He was arrested at 12:19 p.m. at the on Storrs Street. Police allege that he was in possession of 1.5 liter bottle of white zinfandel and 24-ounce can of Genesee Cream Ale. Boyce was held on $500 cash bail and had a court date on July 31.
, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on July 30, on a first-degree assault charge, a felony. He was arrested at 5:04 p.m. at the homeless camp behind the . Jackson was held on $50,000 cash bail and he had a court date on July 31.
, 25, of Warner, was arrested on July 30, on a bench warrant. was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on the railroad tracks behind on North Main Street. The warrant was out of the Candia District Court for disobeying an officer. Cash bail was set at $350.
Dalton J. Flannery, 20, of Bow, was arrested on July 30, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 4:05 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Flannery stole a pair of Craftsmen gloves, valued at $20. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Flannery is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on July 30, on three bench warrants. She was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. had a court date on July 31.
, 50, of Concord, was arrested on July 31, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and criminal trespass. He was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Alice Drive. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Police allege that destroyed or damaged a bedroom door, valued at $100. Cash bail was set at $10,000, and he had a court date on July 31.
Alyssa K. Lombardi, 26, of Manchester, was issued a summons at 9:59 a.m. on July 31, for driving after revocation or suspension on Pleasant Street. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
, 49, a homeless man now living in Concord, was arrested on July 31, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 3:20 p.m. outside of the on Storrs Street. Cash bail was set at $1,200 and Glodgett had a court date on Aug. 1.
Joshua Mitchell, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on July 31, and charged with two counts of criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapon) and two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism). Police allege that the student destroyed or damaged a small wooden table and a bedroom wall earlier in the afternoon of the date in question. According to an arrest report, police reportedly took a bat and a kitchen knife into evidence. The alleged victims on the incidents were Mitchell’s mother and a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Mitchell is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
, 49, of Concord, was arrested on July 31, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested at 5:33 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Kelley Ann Smith, 42, of Canterbury, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on July 31, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. Police allege that Smith stole $723.19 in cash and $82.01 worth of checks from on Loudon Road on July 9. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Clawson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
