ARRESTS: Bow Man Faces Assault Charge
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Andrea Healy, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 7, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of Perley and Grove streets. After being taken to the police station, police allege that Healy was in possession of suboxone and charged her with possession of controlled drugs, a felony. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Healy is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Daniel Michael Bouvier, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 12, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on North Main Street. Police allege that Bouvier damaged or destroyed a calendar board owned by a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Bouvier is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Nancy McMann, 39, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 12, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 8:30 p.m. under the Storrs Street overpass. McMann had a court date on Sept. 13.
- Timothy John Hodgman, 44, of Bow, was arrested on Sept. 12, on a simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on Fisherville Road. Police allege that the victim in the case was Hodgman’s girlfriend, a Concord woman. He refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 13.
- Alec Bauer, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Sept. 13, on a bench warrant for reckless operation out of the Concord District Court. Police allege that the charge related to an alleged incident that occurred on Aug. 30, near White Park. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Bauer is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Corey Allen George, 23, of Andover, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on Sept. 13, and charged with theft of lost or mislaid property, bicycle/moped headlamp required, and driving upon sidewalk. The charges stem from an alleged incident on July 25, at the intersection of Broadway and Humphrey Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man. A white Trek mountain bike valued at $600 was also recovered in the case. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. George is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Courtney Allison Laquire, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Sept. 13, on an endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident that occurred on South State Street on Sept. 5. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Laquire is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Donna W. Walker, 55, of Deering, was arrested on Sept. 13, on a theft charge. She was arrested at 1:13 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that Walker stole about $192 worth of items including three long sleeve Shrug Over shirts, one rib insert shirt, and a Henley shirt. All the items were recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Walker is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Lance Wilkins, 22, of Derry, was arrested on Sept. 13, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 7:05 p.m. at the Market Basket on Ford Eddy Road. Police allege that Wilkins stole cough medicine valued at $6.49. Wilkins is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Anthony Brooks, 27, of East Boston, was arrested on Sept. 13, and charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.), and criminal trespass. Brooks was arrested at 9:28 p.m. after alleged incidents around 4 p.m. on Village Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Three children under the age of 8-years-old allegedly witnessed the incidents, according to an arrest report. Cash bail was set at $6,000. Brooks had a court date on Sept. 14.
- Seth Jacob Corey, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 13, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. He was arrested at 9:40 p.m. in the woods between Storrs Street and Stickney Avenue. Police allege that Corey was in possession of a small plastic wrapper with two buds of marijuana. Corey refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 14.
