ARRESTS: Bristol Man Charged with Felony ID Theft
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jed H. Aubertin, 17, of Contoocook, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Nov. 15, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. An officer was called to Sears on Loudon Road for a report of a theft with a shoplifter in custody. A loss prevention employee said that Aubertin allegedly selected a set of gloves and a Leatherman tool, valued at around $40, and left the store without paying for the items. He is due in court on Dec. 16.
Eric Daniel Couture, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Nov. 16, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. An officer reported driving behind a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero on North State Street and reported that the car was shifting across both the double yellow and white fog lines. When the officer pulled the vehicle over on Fisherville Road, the car reportedly made a quick jerk in the middle of the road. Couture gave the officer his license but allegedly had difficulty accessing other paperwork in the car’s glove compartment. When he handed the car’s registration to the officer, “I immediately smelled an odor of what I recognized to be the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Couture’s general direction,” the officer alleged. Couture agreed to field sobriety tests and was later arrested. He was also issued a summons for yellow line violation. Couture was released and arraigned Dec. 9.
Irakoze Ildephonse, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on Nov. 16, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. While on North Main Street, an officer reported seeing a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu make a U-turn at Warren Street. The officer reported that the car sped up and was clocked going 40 mph in a 30 zone. The officer also reported that the car made lane changes without signaling and touched the double yellow line. The car was stopped near Perley Street. The officer alleged that Ildephonse had “red bloodshot eyes and his breath had a slight odor of an alcoholic beverage.” Ildephonse agreed to field sobriety tests and was later arrested. Later, according to a second officer’s report, Ildephonse allegedly blew two 0.14 BrAC tests. He had a court date on Dec. 9.

Zachary Joseph Chaisson, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on Nov. 16, and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. Dispatch received a report of a possible intoxicated driver on Route 28 in Allenstown and gave a plate description of the 2007 Toyota Rav 4 registered to a Penacook resident. While on Manchester Street, an officer reportedly saw a dark colored 2001 Oldsmobile traveling westbound that was driving over the dashed white lines. “The vehicle continued to swerve crossing over both the white break down line and the dashed lines separating travel lanes,” the officer alleged. The Oldsmobile turned onto the onramp of I-93 north and reportedly struck the curbing with its left side tires and the officer pulled the car over. While talking with the driver, Chaisson, the officer alleged that his “speech was extremely slurred” and had eyes that were bloodshot and glassy. More police arrived at the scene while Chaisson agreed to perform field sobriety tests and was arrested. During a search of the vehicle, an officer allegedly found a half empty bottle of Jack Daniels Honey Jack. Chaisson had a court date on Dec. 2.
David McLean Sullivan, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. on Nov. 16, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and three bench warrants. Officers visited the Suncook River Conservation area near Loudon Road and Sheep Davis Road to check on a camper in the area. This was the second visit to the area that police made during the day. During the first encounter, the camper said he didn’t have ID because he left it at work at a local restaurant but would have it for officers at another time, according to the report. The man also allegedly refused to allow his picture to be taken. The officers had been in contact with Conway Police about some recent drug dealing and robbery incidents that might be connected to some people who were currently trespassing in Concord camps. During the second encounter, officers received more information and realized that the man at the camp was actually Sullivan and he had three bench warrants out of Concord District Court for nonappearance on Oct. 25, June 21, and May 2. Two were connected to willful concealment cases and another a drug charge. Sullivan was arrested and later, police allegedly found a pipe and marijuana in his possession. He’s due in court on Dec. 16.

Casey Lee Wallace, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on Nov. 17, on a bench warrant. An officer reported seeing a white sedan with a headlight that wasn’t working while driving on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena. The officer turned around and later, stopped the vehicle in front of Wendy’s Restaurant on Loudon Road. The driver of the vehicle, Wallace, had an active warrant out of Concord District Court for driving after revocation or suspension, nonpayment of fines, with $259.36 cash to settle. She was arrested and later, released on personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Nov. 21.
Sara Marie Lamery, 18, of Winchester, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. on Nov. 17, on a warrant. An officer was called to the Royal Gardens Apartments to assist Concord Fire with a medical call where a patient was combative with firefighters. The officer noted that two of the women in the apartment appeared to be non-combative but one, Lamery, had an active warrant from the Portsmouth Police Department for unsworn falsification from Aug. 28. She was arrested and later, released on personal recognizance bail. Lamery is due in court on Dec. 16.
Haley Lynn Gadwah, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. on Nov. 18, on three counts of criminal trespass and two counts of theft by deception. The alleged incidents occurred at Walmart on Loudon Road on Oct. 1, Oct. 7, and Oct. 8, and involved two gift cards valued at $78. Gadwah was arrested by Manchester Police which transferred her to Concord Police at the Hooksett tollbooth. She is due in court on Dec. 23.
Brieanna M. Proulx, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Nov. 19, on a bench warrant. The warrant was connected to a nonappearance in court warrant issued by Concord District Court on July 10, for an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested and later, released on $500 personal recognizance bail. Proulx is due in court on Dec. 23.
Janet Thomas, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 20, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. An officer was sent to White Park to meet with a man who alleged he was just assaulted by his girlfriend, Thomas. The man alleged that Thomas grabbed his neck and bit his arm. The man stated that Thomas called him and asked him to come over to her house. When he got there, it was clear to him that she was allegedly intoxicated. Another officer arrived to speak with Thomas, who had an ice pack on her neck. Thomas alleged that the man became angry because when he arrived, she was on a cellphone. She reportedly told officers that she told the man to leave. Thomas then alleged that the man threw her phone, threw her on a couch, and tried to choke her with a mag light. The officers tried to get Thomas to find her phone, so they could call the person she was talking to on the phone, to find out what that person heard. The officers tried calling the phone and were unable to locate it. The reporting officer went back out to speak to the man about the mag light. He stated that Thomas came out of a room with it and allegedly hit him in the leg. When asked why she would have an ice pack out, the man reported that Thomas “knew what it took to get him arrested and that they had problems in the past,” according to the report. Dispatch advised that there had been a previous criminal bail order in place two years ago at the address but it had been vacated. Thomas was later arrested and is due in court on Dec. 23.
Gary G. Polson, 53, of Andover, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 20, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Sam’s Food Store on Village Street in Penacook on Nov. 14. Polson turned himself in to police. He is due in court on Dec. 23.
Hector Lennox Garcia, 25, of Antrim, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on Nov. 21, two counts simple assault (personal weapons). The charges stem from alleged incidents on July 23, outside of Penuche’s in Bicentennial Square. An officer was sent to Hillsboro to take custody of Garcia who was arrested on the Concord warrants. He is due in court on Dec. 23.
George H. Gailey III, 40, of Bristol, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Nov. 21, and charged with two counts of theft by deception and single counts of identity fraud and fraudulent use of a credit card, all felonies. The case involved a man who worked in a commercial or office building in the South End, according to the report. Gailey was processed and later, released on $50,000 personal recognizance bail. He’s due in court on Dec. 30.
