ARRESTS: Concord Man Busted for Stealing Crest Whitestrips

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jean-Michael Michael Laurent, 21, of Concord, was arrested on April 16, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 12:09 a.m. at on Fisherville Road.
  • Sharon Pearson, 60, of Concord, was arrested on April 17, on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was arrested at 10:51 p.m. at the intersection of North Main and Centre streets. Pearson is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • , 33, of Concord, was summonsed at 1:53 a.m. on April 18, and charged with possession of alcoholic beverages – public property at the intersection of Warren and Federal streets. Police alleged that he was in possession of a can of Bud Light. He is due on May 21, to appear in Sixth Circuit District Court.
  • , 34, of Franklin, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on April 18, on a theft charge. Police allege that stole toilet paper and meat from on Loudon Road on Jan. 26. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Merchant had a court date on April 18.
  • Jerome Alexander Hall, 52, of Concord, was arrested on April 20, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on Perley Street. The alleged victim in the case was his female spouse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Hall is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Scott M. Boynton, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on April 21, on two counts of criminal threatening. Earlier in the morning, police allege that Boynton threatened his girlfriend and another female friend, both of Concord, on Summer Street in Penacook. Cash bail was set at $4,000. Boynton had a court date on April 23.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on April 21, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 11:15 a.m. at on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that he stole two boxes of Crest Whitestrips valued at $75.98. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Englehardt is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Elaine M. Duclos, 66, of Concord, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on April 21, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charge was from an alleged incident that occurred on April 18 at the on Fort Eddy Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Duclos is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • , 29, of Boscawen, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on April 21, on a bench warrant. The warrant was related to an alleged incident on Fisherville Road on March 15. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Gregg is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Ronnie L. Lamb, 41, of Concord, was arrested on April 22, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrested at 3:22 a.m. at on Washington Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Lamb is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Edward Thomas Stanley, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on April 23, and charged with unsworn falsification, driving after revocation or suspension, driving while intoxicated, and false report to law enforcement. The charges were based on an alleged incident on April 14, at the headquarters. The alleged victim in the case is a Concord man. Stanley refused bail and had a court date on April 23.
  • Benjamin Limbert, 30, of Concord, was arrested on April 24, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 2:13 a.m. on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Limbert had a court date on April 25.
