ARRESTS: Concord Man Busted with Heroin
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Tasha Lynn Crotty, 19, of Franklin, was arrested on June 20, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 11:06 a.m. at the headquarters. Crotty had a court date on June 21.
- Jermaine Perry Jones, 22, of Concord, was arrested on June 20, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 3 p.m. at the intersection of Mayflower Drive and Fisherville Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. The Concord High School is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- Stephen Cote, 28, of Hill, was arrested 7:14 p.m. on June 20, on a fraudulent use of a credit card charge. The alleged victim in the case was an elderly Concord woman. Police allege that Cote purchased $809.65 worth of items from on April 30. Cote had a court date on June 21.
- Sherry A. Anderson, 34, of Concord, was arrested on June 20, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on Prince Street. The alleged victim was her male spouse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Anderson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- Allison Zanis, 26, of Pembroke, was issued a summons at 1:25 a.m. on June 21, for failure to obey inspection requirements, unregistered vehicle, and two counts of false inspection or registration sticker. She was stopped at the intersection of Pembroke Road and Industrial Park Drive. Zanis is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 30.
- Kenneth Hebert, 37, of Concord, was arrested on June 21, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, three counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felonies, a bench warrant, and a violation of probation or parole charge. He was arrested at 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Sorrell Drive and Manor Road. Police allege that Hebert was in possession of heroin at the time of his arrest, on cotton balls in a contact lens case, on a spoon, and a razor blade. Two Ziplock bags and 16 hypodermic needles were also allegedly confiscated during the arrest. The alleged drug distribution charges reportedly occurred on May 13, May 16, and May 23, on Loudon Road. The warrant charge was out of Laconia District Court. Bail was set at $159 for some of the charges but later refused for other charges. Hebert had a court date on June 21.
- Logan Wilfred Vossberg, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on June 21, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road at 1 p.m. on June 3. Police allege that Vossberg stole a set of Yugioh cards valued at $1. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Vossberg is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- , 52, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on June 21, and charged with eight counts of child pornography, all felonies. The charges relate to alleged incidents that occurred on May 4 and May 5, 2011, on Horse Hill Road. The alleged victim in the case was a girl from Hopkinton, who was an acquaintance. Police reportedly seized two cellphones as evidence in the case. Bourne refused bail and had a court date on June 21.
- Jonathan Howard Engelhardt, 36, of Allenstown, was arrested at 1 p.m. on June 21, on a possession of controlled drugs charge, a felony, and a possession of drugs charge. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Feb. 14, on Loudon Road. Police allege that Englehardt was in possession of 31.5 blue pills with a 224 imprint that were narcotics. Engelhardt had a court date on June 22.
- Jason L. Fortin, 37, of Concord, was arrested on June 21, and charged with being a habitual offender, a felony, transportation of alcohol/open container, and driving without giving proof. He was arrested at 4:32 p.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and East Side Drive. Police allege that Fortin was in possession of a 24-ounce can of Icehouse Beer at the time of his arrest. Cash bail was set at $7,500 and Fortin had a court date on June 22.
- Shawna Arnold, 26, of Laconia, was summonsed at 8:46 p.m. on June 21, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from the Walmart on Loudon Road. Police allege that Arnold stole $838.97 worth of items on June 14. The items were reportedly recovered.
- Dow Lucas, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on June 22, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on June 7, on Pierce Street. The alleged victim was a male Concord High School student who was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Lucas is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- Robert A. Tanguay, 28, of Concord, was arrested on June 22, on a bench warrant out of the Concord District Court. He was arrested at 2:07 p.m. at the intersection of North Main and Warren streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $150. Tanguay is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- Bandon James Abbott, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on June 22, and charged with criminal threatening (use of deadly weapon), a felony, criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.), criminal trespass, and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 27, on East Side Drive. Police allege that the victims in the case were a male and female acquaintances, both from Concord. The alleged deadly weapon was a knife or cutting instrument. Personal recognizance bail was set at $25,000. Abbott is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- Christopher Charuk, 46, of Manchester, was arrested on June 22, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrested at 7 p.m. on Christian Avenue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Charuk is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 23.
