ARRESTS: Concord Man Charged with Having 6 Pounds of Pot
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Thomas B. Menchion, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. on March 16, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs/Narcotics With Intent To Distribute charge, a felony. According to an arrest report, police seized 5.9 lbs. worth of marijuana, valued at $42,000, from and Alton Woods Drive apartment on Nov. 4, 2011. Menchion’s personal recognizance bail was set at $25,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 16.
Joshua Martin, 27, of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, was arrested on March 17, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 5:28 a.m. outside the on North Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and Martin is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.
Benjamin A. Stockwell, 21, of Pittsfield, received a summons at 3 p.m. on March 20, for negligent driving. He reportedly struck a fire hydrant in the D Lot of on Pleasant Street, causing $3,000 worth of damage. Stockwell is due in Sixth Circuit District court on April 30.

Timothy Boucher, 33, of Concord, was arrested on March 21, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Thompson Street. He was wanted by the Franklin District Court for Driving after Suspension or Revocation, according to an arrest report for an incident that reportedly occurred on July 19, 2010. Two personal recognizance bails from both the Sixth and Franklin district courts were set at $500 each. Boucher is due in Franklin District Court on April 17.
Bal Karki, 29, of Concord, was arrested on March 21, on two Driving While Intoxicated charges. He was arrested at the on Loudon Road at 1:48 a.m. Karki’s personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.

Alec Tyler Polep, 20, of Boscawen, was arrested at 6 p.m. on March 21, and charged with Criminal Threatening, Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and two Bench Warrants. The charges reportedly relate to an incident at the on Fisherville Road on Sept. 21, 2011. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was an acquaintance of Polep’s. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and Polep, who is a student, had a court date on March 22.
Randy L. Turpin, 44, of Farmington, was summonsed at 8:30 p.m. on March 21, on a Theft charge. Police allege that Turpin stole two dog beds, a quilt, two battery chargers, LED lights, a filter, wrenches, and other tools, all valued at nearly $600 from on Loudon Road. All the items were recovered, according to a summons report. Turpin is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
Jennifer Turpin, 35, of Farmington, was summonsed at 8:30 p.m. on March 21, on a Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another charge. Jennifer Turpin’s summons related to charges against her husband who is alleged to have stolen items from Sears. Police reportedly have video footage of the alleged theft, according to a summons report. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 30.
