ARRESTS: Concord Men Face Criminal Mischief, Assault Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Deborah Louise Mayville, 60, of Concord, was arrested on July 8, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Fayette Street. Police allege that she assaulted her ex-spouse, a man from Concord. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Mayville is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
- , 17, of Concord, was arrested on July 10, and charged with two counts of possession of drugs, one a felony, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs, one a felony. He was arrested at the intersection of Clinton and South Spring streets at 2:45 a.m. Police allege that Gimby was in possession of five grams of marijuana in a bag, two hydrocodone pills, a knife with black residue on the tip, a Rundlett School ID belonging to another person, a Pembroke School ID belonging to another person, and a wallet with an ID and EBT card belonging to another person. Personal recognizance bail was set at $11,000. Gimby is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
- Joseph D. Bye, 20, of Concord, was arrested on July 10, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. He was arrested at 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of Clinton and South Spring streets. Police alleged that Bye was in possession of a glass jar with marijuana in it. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Bye is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
- , 42, of Penacook, was arrested on July 11, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on Village Street. Police allege that Remick assaulted his adult daughter, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Remick is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
- Mary J. Laurent, 57, of Concord, was arrested on July 11, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). She was arrested at 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of North State and Palm streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Laurent is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
- , 24, a homeless woman currently located in Concord, was arrested on July 12, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on Pleasant Street. Cash bail was set at $500 and Gardner had an arraignment on July 13.
- Michael R. Paquin, 48, of Loudon, was arrested on July 12, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on the westbound off at Exit 1 of I-393. Cash bail was set at $10,000 and Paquin had an arraignment on July 13.
- Luis Kirby Sotomayor, 27, of Concord, was arrested on July 12, and charged with being a habitual offender, a felony. He was arrested at 2:27 p.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and North Main streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $25,000. Sotomayor is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
- , 61, of Concord, was arrested on July 12, on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested at 4:48 p.m. at the on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that stole a bottle of Wild Irish Rose valued at $3.99, which was later recovered. No bail was offered to and he had an arraignment on July 13.
- Jennifer L. Francoeur, 22, of Concord, was arrested on July 12, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. She was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Monroe Street. Police allege that Francoeur was in possession of marijuana at the time of her arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Francoeur is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
- Hannah Popien, 21, of Franklin, was arrested on July 13, on a bench warrant out of the Franklin District Court. She was arrested at 1:31 a.m. at the intersection of Noyes and Harvard streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Barry is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 14.
- John M. Mlcoch, 47, of Lebanon, was arrested on July 13, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge, a felony. He was arrested at 7:55 a.m. at on Pleasant Street. Police allege that Mlcoch destroyed or damaged a hospital room ceiling, causing $2,000 worth of damage. He was arraigned on July 13.
- Brian Baker, 39, of Concord, was arrested only July 13, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:54 a.m. at the headquarters. Cash bail was set at $500.
- Johnny Dean Burrows Sr., 48, of Concord, was arrested on July 13, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.). He was arrested at 12:24 p.m. at Airport Road. The alleged victims in the case were Burrows’ sibling and another family member. Police allege that Burrows damaged or destroyed a door jam at the address. Cash bail was set at $4,000. Burrows was arraigned on July 16.
- Bryan Royal, 25, of Concord, was arrested on July 13, and charged with simple assault (other) and criminal mischief (vandalism). He was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on Alice Drive. The alleged victim was Royal’s girlfriend, a Concord woman. Police allege that Royal destroyed or damaged a side view mirror of his girlfriend’s car. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Gimby is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 13.
