ARRESTS: Concord Residents Face Threat Charges, Warrants
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Nathaniel Scott Doyle, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 27, on two bench warrants out of the Concord District Court for simple assault. He was arrested at 5:30 a.m. in the homeless camps behind the Everett Arena on Loudon Road. Bail was set at $300 and Doyle was arraigned on Sept. 27.
- Tyler Matthew Splett, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 27, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 9:25 a.m. at the Granite State Credit Union on Sheep Davis Road. Cash bail was set at $1,000 and he was arraigned on Sept. 27.
- Nicholas Lee Mason, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 27, on a warrant out of the Portsmouth Family Court. He was arrested at 11:03 a.m. at Golden Gese Quilt Shop on Liberty Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,500. Mason is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Jonathan Lynch, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on Sept. 27, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police allege that Lynch stole a Red Otter box and an iPhone screen protector from the Wireless Zone (Verizon) Store on Village Street. The Merrimack Valley High School student was released on $2,000 personal recognizance and is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Kevin Michael Robie, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Sept. 27, on two theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. The charges stem from incidents on Sept. 12, and Sept. 13, at CVS on Hall Street. Police allege that Robie stole two four-packs of Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Robie is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Nathaniel Drew Roby, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 27, and charged with operating a bicycle on the sidewalk and bicycle/moped helmet required. He was arrested at 10:15 p.m. at the Hess station on North Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $250. Roby is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Scot H. Leighton, 44, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 27, on a criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) charge. He was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Tow Path Lane. The alleged victim was his mother, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Leighton is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Shannon M. Gilpatric, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Sept. 28, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 6 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2011, on Franklin Street. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,00. Gilpatric is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Erich J. Demetry, 25, of Dunbarton, was arrested on Sept. 29, on a warrant out of the Hillsboro Police Department. She was arrested at 7 p.m. at Lens Crafters on Loudon Road.
- Ann Marie Sadatis, 59, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, on two counts of simple assault (personal weapons). She was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on Loudon Road. The alleged victims in the case were her son, who is reportedly homeless, and a female acquaintance. Cash bail was set at $4,000 and she had a court date on Sept. 24.
- Francisco Ulerico, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. on Sept. 25, and charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, forcible rape, a felony, and false imprisonment. The charges stem from an alleged incident at 1 a.m. on Aug. 31, on Alice Drive. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Ulerico was held on $10,000 cash bail and was arraigned on Sept. 26.
