ARRESTS: Concord Teen Allegedly Lifts Bras from Sears

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Robert Pebbles, 61, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 18, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 12:40 a.m., about two hours after an alleged incident on Island Road. Police allege that Pebbles damaged or destroyed a telephone owned by his wife, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Pebbles is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Kaelynn Sturtevant, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 18, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Market Lane. Police allege that she assault her boyfriend, a homeless man formerly located in Concord, Mass. Sturtevant was held on $2,000 cash bail and had a court date on Sept. 19.
  • Seth Jacob Corey, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 18, and charged with theft, simple assault (personal weapons), and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 11 a.m. at the Market Basket on Storrs Street. Police allege that Corey stole a 30-pack of Budweiser valued at $20. The alleged victim in the case was a male Market Basket employee. Corey refused bail land had a court date on Sept. 19.
  • Alicia Mullavey-Rix, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 18, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Warren Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Mullavey-Rix is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Ronnie Lamb, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 18, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 7:35 p.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and Sheep Davis Road.
  • Arthur R. Barnard, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on Sept. 18, on a change of address; duty to inform charge, a felony. Police allege that Barnard failed to notify them of a change of address based on his sex offender registration on April 21. Barnard refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 19.
  • Robert Charles Kenyon, 54, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 18, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on Washington Street in Penacook. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Kenyon had a court date on Sept. 21.
  • Thelastris E. Ordway, 25, of Andover, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Sept. 19, and charged with conduct after an accident, reckless conduct, negligent driving, and texting a message while operating a motor vehicle. Police allege that Ordway struck a pole at the intersection of Country Club Lane and Mountain Road at 3:46 a.m. on Aug. 31, while driving a 2011 Toyota Camry. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Ordway is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Jonathan Michael McCarthy Jr., 29, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 19, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), criminal mischief (vandalism), resisting arrest or detention, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on North Main Street. The charges stem from alleged incidents at two different times during the day. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. McCarthy allegedly destroyed or damaged a chair and a mirror, valued at $30. He refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 20.
  • Christopher J. Doherty, 35, of Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 19, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 11:23 p.m. at Concord High School. Doherty refused bail and he had a court date on Sept. 20.
  • Jacqueline R. Belbin, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 20, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation or suspension, and suspended registration (operating-misd). She was arrested at 1:51 a.m. at the intersection of Manchester Street and Old Turnpike Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Belbin is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Jesse Andrew Thomas, 23, of Northwood, was arrested on Sept. 20, and charged with prowling and resisting arrest and detention. He was arrested at 2:10 a.m. in the parking lot adjacent to Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Thomas is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Donna M. Walker, 55, of Deering, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Sept. 20, on a theft charge. Police allege that Walker three cardigans valued at $72, at 12:30 p.m. on July 27, at Sears on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Walker is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
  • Christopher Michael Jordan, 45, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 20, on a receiving stolen property charge. He was arrested at 11:32 a.m. on North State Street. Cash bail was set at $10,000. Jordan had a court date on Sept. 21.
  • Janelle Marie Bouchard, 21, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 20, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, a felony. Police allege that Bouchard stole $3,170 worth of cash from the Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road. The crime was discovered on Aug. 16, and investigated in late August. Police took into evidence an internal investigation and video surveillance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Bouchard is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Megan L. Cullen, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 20, on a warrant out of Manchester for receiving stolen property. She was arrested at 11:54 a.m. on North State Street.
  • Alexandra Freese, 17, of Concord, was issued a summons at 1:28 p.m. at Sept. 20, on a theft charge from Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that she stole bras valued at $109.50. Freese is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Leigh Ann Lacasse, 35, of Bow, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on Sept. 20, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and a bench warrant. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Rite Aid on South Street at 5:20 p.m. on Sept. 7. The alleged victim was a Concord woman who was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Bernard-Daisey is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Christopher R. Gennis, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 20, on a theft by deception charge. He was arrested at 4:45 p.m. about 30 minutes after an alleged incident at Beijing & Tokyo on South Main Street. Police allege that Gennis ordered food and drinks valued at about $62. Gennis refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 21.
