ARRESTS: Connecticut Man Faces Issuing Bad Checks Charge
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- , 44, of Allenstown, was arrested on July 26, on a bench warrant. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Pennell is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- 18, of Boscawen, was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on July 27, on an obedience to a flagger violation at Village Street on June 19. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- Dale Curtiss, 48, of Oxford, Conn., was arrested 12:17 p.m. on July 27, on an issuing bad checks charge, a felony. Police allege that he issued a check to a Whitney Road company on June 29. Personal recognizance bail was set at $15,000. Curtiss is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- , 18, of Concord, was issued a summons at 12:46 p.m. on July 27, for skateboarding in a prohibited area, at the intersection of North State and Warren streets. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- Donald Nichols, 60, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on July 27, and charged with theft by deception and forgery, both felony charges. Police allege that Nichols stole $2,940, using a fraudulent check, at the NH location on North Main Street.
- Jennifer L. Waters, 32, of Concord, was arrested on July 27, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Federal Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Waters is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- , 19, of Concord, was arrested on July 27, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on Washington Street in Penacook. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- Brian L. Blake, 32, of Concord, was arrested on July 28, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and two counts of driving while intoxicated, second offense. He was arrested at 1:32 a.m. outside on Village Street in Penacook. Police allege that Blake was in possession of a smoking device made of glass containing burnt marijuana. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Blake is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- Michael Bradley, 21, of Concord, was arrested on July 28, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:41 a.m. at the intersection of South and Pillsbury streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Clawson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- , 35, of Penacook, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on July 28, and charged with attempt to commit murder, attempt to commit first-degree assault, reckless conduct; place another in danger, and falsifying evidence, all felonies. He was arrested shortly after an alleged incident on West Street. The alleged victims in the case were a friend and a 3-year-old child, both Concord residents. As evidence, police seized a folding knife and two cellphones. had a court date on July 30.
- Stephen Doyon, 20, of Hooksett, was arrested 6:54 p.m. on July 28, on two counts of criminal liability for conduct of another. The charges stem from alleged incidents on June 24, and June 26, at on Loudon Road. During the incidents, miscellaneous items were stolen. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Doyon is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- , 61, of Concord, was arrested on July 28, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 9:41 p.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Cash bail was set at $1,000 and had a court date on July 30.
- Justin Paul Murphy, 39, of Concord, was arrested on July 28, and charged with being a habitual offender, a felony, driving after revocation or suspension, and disobeying an officer. He was arrested at 10 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant and Chesley streets. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and Murphy had a court date on July 30.
