The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Taylor Warden, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on May 5, 2014, on a driving while intoxicated charge. Noah Mishkit, 21, of Bow, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. Officers were sent to a parking lot at Concord Hospital for a report of subjects who were changing a tire and might be intoxicated. The officers met with two security officers and the three subjects outside of a Honda. According to security, one person, Mishkit, was allegedly seen driving the Honda into a fixture at the helipad near the emergency room. He then allegedly changed positions in the car with Warden and Warden drove the car from the accident location to a handicapped space near the cafeteria. The subjects allegedly appeared to be intoxicated. One of the officers began speaking with the security officers and the woman, who worked at the hospital and was a relative of Mishkit’s, while he allegedly “began raising his voice at one of the security officers.” The officer told him to stop yelling but he allegedly continued swearing at the security officer and was arrested. Warden allegedly had “a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” coming from his persons and was asked to perform a field sobriety test. He reportedly refused and was arrested.

They arrived at the scene, were let in by a man, and separated the couple. The man alleged that Perkins had gone out with friends and returned home intoxicated. He was sleeping on the couch. He heard a loud crash that woke him up. They both then went up to bed. The two had relations but he “did not last long as he claimed he lost interest,” according to an affidavit. She allegedly became upset, the two went downstairs, and were arguing. The man alleged that Perkins “placed her hand around his throat and attempted to hold him down.” Perkins reportedly stated the two agreed to consensual sex but during the process, she didn’t want to continue and he wanted to keep going and later, finished. Perkins reportedly pushed him off and went downstairs. He followed and they started to argue, she reportedly told the officer. “Ms. Perkins could provide no details of the night after she went downstairs,” the officer wrote. “This was inconsistent considering she described the rest of the altercation in great detail.” Perkins was evasive, the officer alleged, and had allegedly been drinking. She was later arrested.
