ARRESTS: Danbury Woman Faces Assault Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Richard A. Jenness, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Oct. 2, and charged with eight counts of attempt to commit and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. The alleged incidents occurred on eight different days in September, according to an arrest report. The alleged victim in the case was his wife, a Concord woman. 
  • Patrick Christian Zurline, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 22, and charged with violation of a protective order; penalty and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 1:49 p.m. a little more than an hour after an alleged incident at Burger King in the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was a teenage woman from Concord. Zurline refused bail and was arraigned on Oct. 23.
  • Korey Fifield, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 25, on two charges of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 12:10 a.m. outside of the Hood Plant on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Fifield is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • Christopher J. Chase, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 25, on a bench warrant out of the Concord District Court. The charge is related to an alleged incident at 8 a.m. on Feb. 10, 2011, on Portsmouth Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Chase is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • Ann Marie Sadatis, 59, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 25, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. She was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on 128 Loudon Road. Sadatis refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 26.
  • Amanda R. Zanis, 31, of Danbury, was arrested on Oct. 25, on a simple assault charge. She was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Hillcrest Avenue. The alleged victim in the case was her ex-spouse, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Zanis is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • John Mannion, 36, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on Oct. 25, and charged with three counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felonies, four counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, all felonies, one count of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, and a default or breach of bail conditions charge. The charges stem from alleged incidents on June 4, June 7, and June 16, at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.
  • Brett R. Aucoin, 23, of Sanbornton, was arrested on Oct. 26, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on I-93 northbound near Exit 16.
  • Nicole E. Racine, 23, of Loudon, was arrested on Oct. 26, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and attempt to commit simple assault. She was arrested at 11:22 p.m. about an hour after alleged incidents on Prescott Street. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Racine is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 26.
  • Zachary Scott Kerjci, 24, a homeless man formerly located in Gilford, was arrested on Oct. 26, for driving after revocation or suspension, negligent driving, and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 2:15 p.m. outside of the Planet Fitness on Fort Eddy Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Kerjci is due in Laconia District Court on Nov. 19.
