ARRESTS: Epsom Man Faces Felony Drug Charge

Nathan Rae Vandyke, 23, a homeless man formerly located in Concord, Mass., was arrested on Sept. 18, 2012, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Market Lane. Police allege that he assaulted his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Vandyke was held on $2,000 cash bail and had a court date on Sept. 19.
Caitlin Brianna Littlefield, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2012, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and receiving stolen property. The theft charge stems from an alleged incident on 5 Wedgewood Drive. The stolen property charge involves an alleged incident at Target on D’Amante Drive on Sept. 16. The alleged victim was a Concord woman who was a friend. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Doyle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.

Katherine Horton, 47, of Concord, was issued a summons at 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2012, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge, from 9:30 a.m. on July 15, on Rex Drive. The alleged victim was a Candia woman who was an acquaintance.
Johnny Dean Burrows, 48, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2012, and charged with driving while intoxicated, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Airport Road, about 30 minutes after an alleged incident at the residence. According to an arrest report, two Concord Police officers were the victims in the case. Burrows refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 24.

Shane Christopher Masters, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2012, on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on North Main Street. Masters refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 24.
Kevin Acampora, 18, of Guilford, Conn., was summonsed at 5:49 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2012, for noise created by or emanating from a motor vehicle, at the intersection of Loudon Road and East Side Drive. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
Thomas Burke, 29, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2012, on a warrant. He was arrested at 6:10 p.m. in the parking lot on Montgomery Street.
Jake P. Demeritt, 26, of Epsom, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2012, on a possession of controlled drugs charge, a felony. Demeritt was arrested at 8:14 p.m. at the Morningstar Apartments on Loudon Road. Police allege that Demeritt was in possession of oxycodone hydrochloride at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Demeritt is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
Nicholas Mason, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2012, on a warrant from the Portsmouth Police Department for stalking. He was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Pembroke Road. Concord police transported Mason to the Lee Circle in Durham where he was taken into custody by Portsmouth police, according to reports.
Garrett Cypher, 24, of Exeter, was issued a summons at 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2012, for public disposal of human waste, a city ordinance violation, at the intersection of North Main and Warren streets. Cypher is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
Sadie Rebecca Pelkey, 25, of Concord, was issued a summons at 1:10 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2012, for public disposal of human waste, city ordinance, outside of Penuche’s on Pleasant Street. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
Caitlyn Hoffacker, 20, of Auburn, was arrested on Sept. 23, 2012, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested at 2:58 a.m. on I-93 northbound at Exit 15. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Hoffacker is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
James Fitzgerald, 18, of North Andover, MA, was arrested on Sept. 23, 2012, and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 4:16 a.m. at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. The resisting charge was issued at the Concord Police Department headquarters. The New England College student refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 24.
Kevin Boissy, 60, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 23, 2012, and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of alcoholic beverages, public property, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 12:16 p.m. at Rumford School on Thorndike Street. According to an arrest report, Boissy was in possession of a 40-ounce bottle of Old English Beer at the time of his arrest. He refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 24.
Jayson C. Miller, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2012, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Marshalls on Storrs Street at 10 p.m. on Aug. 28. Police allege that Miller stole $150 worth of cash from an acquaintance, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Miller is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
