ARRESTS: Epsom Man Faces Numerous Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Nevin Scott Drew, 24, of Epsom, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2012, and charged with four counts of receiving stolen property, two which were felonies, fraudulent use of a credit card, diving after revocation or suspension, as well as two bench warrants. The charges stem from alleged incidents at the Morningstar Condominiums on Loudon Road, another Loudon Road location, and the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. The alleged victims in the case were men from Concord, Northwood, Pittsfield, and Gilmanton. A vehicle was recovered during the alleged incidents. Drew had a court date on Nov. 13.

Alec Bauer, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 15, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Perkins Court. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Bauer had a court date on Nov. 16.

John Anthony Velez-Ramos, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. on Nov. 15, and charged with felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct; place another in danger, criminal threatening (use of deadly weapons), all felony charges, simple assault (personal weapons) and endangering welfare of child/incompetent. The charges stem from an alleged incident at 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 14, on Loudon Road. The alleged victims were his girlfriend and his baby girl. Cash bail was set at $30,000 and Velez-Ramos had a court date on Nov. 16.

Stephanie Joyce Dupont, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 15, on a felony theft charge. She was arrested at 1:48 p.m. about an hour after an alleged incident at JC Penney in the Steeplegate Mall. Police allege that Dupont stole $184 worth of items that were later recovered. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and Dupont had a court date on Nov. 16.

Jasmine Charise Boyd, 25, of Concord, received a summons at 9:10 p.m. on Nov. 15, for driving after revocation or suspension. She was stopped at the intersection of Pleasant and Chesley streets. Boyd is due in court on Dec. 17.

Nandia Manakos, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 16, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 1:46 a.m. about an hour after an alleged incident at Branch Turnpike. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Manakos is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.

Mark E. Kibbee, 39, a homeless man now located in Franklin, was arrested on Nov. 16, on a bench warrant and a warrant out of the Franklin District Court and Merrimack County District Court for nonpayment and operating after a suspension. He was arrested at 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and East Side Drive. Kibbee refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 16.

Adam Joseph Dolloff, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on Nov. 16, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two previous misdemeanor charges. The charge stems from an alleged incident at BAM! on Fort Eddy Road. At 11:50 a.m. on Aug. 17. Dolloff allegedly stole an iPhone valued at $375. He refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 16.

Roy J. Aikens, 49, of Concord, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on Nov. 16, and charged with criminal trespass and a bench warrant out of Franklin District Court. The charges stem from alleged incidents at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 13, and 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 15. Cash bail was set at $500 and Aikens had a court date on Nov. 19.

Bob R. Herron, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on Nov. 16, on duty to report, sex offender registration, and change of address; duty to inform charges from Sept. 3. He was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters on Green Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Herron is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.

Thomas W. Janvrin, 56, of Concord, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. on Nov. 16, on a duty to report charge from Nov. 2. He was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters on Green Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Janvrin is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.

Adrian S. Burrows, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on Nov. 16, on a duty to report charge from Sept. 26. He was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters on Green Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Burrows is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.

Gregory James Davies, 28, of Windsor, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 16, on a receiving stolen property charge. The charge stems from an allege incident in an apartment on North Main Street against a female acquaintance. A $100 item was reportedly stolen and recovered by a probation official. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Davies is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
