ARRESTS: Epsom Woman Faces Theft Charge
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- 27, of Loudon, was arrested on June 19, and charged with theft and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at 12:07 p.m. at on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that McCormack stole five copper wire rolls valued at $535. Police allege that at the time of his arrest, McCormack was in possession of two used needles and “blue substance in a contact lense kit.” Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. McCormack is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 23.
- , 20, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on June 25, and charged with possession of controlled drug/narcotic with intent to distribute, a felony charge, and possession of drugs. The arrest stems from an incident on May 25, at the on West Street. Police allege that Richard was in possession of four ounces of marijuana, a scale, scissors, grinder, seeds, as well as $325 in cash. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,500. Richard is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 23.
- , 44, of Concord, was arrested on June 25, on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested at 11:50 a.m. at on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Borneman is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- , 28, of Concord, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on June 25, and charged with conduct after an accident, tampering with witnesses and informants (intimidate), a felony, and default or breach of bail conditions. The alleged incidents took place on May 27, at Pleasant Street and Merrimack Street in Penacook. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man. had a court date on June 26.
- Elizabeth Patria, 24, of Epsom, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on June 25, on a theft charge. The alleged incident took place at on Loudon Road on Sept. 22, 2011. Police allege that Patria stole miscellaneous merchandise valued at $12. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Patria is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- , 21, of Danbury, was arrested at 5 p.m. on June 25, on two simple assault (personal weapons) charges. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the on June 14. The alleged victim was a Loudon woman who is an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,500. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- , 21, of Concord, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on June 25, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge was based on an alleged incident at on North Main Street at 5:15 p.m. on June 24. The alleged victim was a female acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,500. Evans is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 23.
- Pedro Caraballo, 27, of Concord, was issued a summons at 9:45 p.m. on June 25, for littering; penalties. The summons was based on an incident on June 20. The alleged victim in the case is the city of Concord.
- , 42, of Concord, was arrested on June 25, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, driving without giving proof, and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrested at 9:47 a.m. at the intersection of Fisherville Road and Rex Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,500. Richard is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 23.
- Victoria Kendrick Voydatch, 32, of Henniker, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. on June 25, on a theft charge at the on Loudon Road. Police allege that Voydatch stole merchandise valued at $414.95 on June 16. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Voydatch is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 23.
