ARRESTS: Franklin Woman Charged with Driving While Intoxicated
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- , 32, of Concord, was arrested 2:15 a.m. on July 24, simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and default or breach of bail conditions. Three of the charges were based on incidents on South Main Street and another at the headquarters. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was a stranger to Kenney. Kennedy refused bail and had a court date on July 24.
- Brett M. Buckus, 29, of Concord, was arrested on July 24, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrested at 7:22 a.m. at on North State Street. Police reportedly seized a .25 caliber semi-automatic pistol from Buckus at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Buckus is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- , 30, of Concord, was arrested on July 24, on a manufacture or sale of false identification charge. He was arrested at 3:13 p.m. the intersection of North Main and Park streets. A fake identification was seized from Soto at the time of his arrest. Soto was held without bail and he had a court date on July 25.
- , 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on July 23, and charged with two counts of simple assault (personal weapons), criminal threatening and intimidation, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Loudon Road. had a court date on July 24.
- Stephanie Lynn McCormack, 35, of Concord, was arrested on July 24, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 5 p.m. The alleged victim was a Concord male. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Sanchez is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- Robert Tonya Ann Sanchez, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on July 24, on a bench warrant at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Sanchez is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- , 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on July 24, on two counts of violation of a protection order. The charges were based on an incident that occurred on Perley Street on July 13. 6:31 p.m. The alleged victim was his ex-spouse, a Concord woman. Warman was not offered bail and had a court date on July 25.
- J. Bryant, 50, of Concord, was arrested on July 24, and charged with resisting arrest and simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 7:44 p.m. at on Pleasant Street. The alleged victim was a Concord man who was a stranger. Bryant refused bail and had a court date on July 25.
- Emily Stormy Kerton, 26, of Manchester, was arrested on July 25, simple assault (personal weapons). She was arrested at 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Main and Joffre streets. The alleged victim was a Concord man who was her boyfriend. Kerton refused bail and had a court date on July 25.
- Jake L. Rucker, 32, of Concord, was arrested on July 25, on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested at 8:13 a.m. at on Storrs Street. Police allege that Rucker stole Musinex pills valused at $24. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Rucker is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- Jason Derek Woody, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on July 26, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. Woody was not offered bail.
- Darry Kane Berrocales, 39, of Haverhill, Mass., was arrested on July 25, and charged with a warrant, a felony, and possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, a felony. He was arrested at 3 p.m. at the Dunkin’ Donuts on 412 South Main Street on the Bow line. He was held on cash bail of $150,000 and had a court date on July 26.
- Alexander Paul Clawson, 26, of Merrimac, Mass., was arrested on July 25, and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, second offense, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested on I-89 between Exit 2 and I-93 South, where he was pulled over for the driving offense. An arrest report stated that police allegedly seized an ounce of marijuana from Clawson at the police station. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Clawson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
- Lois Donaghy, 57, of Franklin, was arrested on July 25, on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was arrested at 9:44 p.m. at the intersection of 250 North Main Street and I-393. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Donaghy is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
