ARRESTS: Laconia Man Busted for DWI

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Holly Hewitt, 38, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 27, on a bench warrant from the Hooksett District Court. She was arrested at 2 a.m. on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $200. Hewitt is due in Hooksett District Court on Nov. 26.
  • Kelly Mallon, 41, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 27, and charged with two counts of resisting arrest or detention and simple assault (personal weapons). She was arrested 5:09 a.m. at the intersection of I-93 and Loudon Road. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Loudon Road and at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street during the early morning hours of Oct. 27. The alleged victim in the case was a female Concord Police officer. Mallon refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 29.
  • Patrick Christian Zurline, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 27, and charged with violation of protection order; penalty, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 11:01 a.m. an hour and half after an alleged incident at Chablis Terrace. Zurline refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 29.
  • Joseph Norman Vien, 33, of Barnstead, received a summons at 9:10 p.m. on Oct. 27, for a warrant. He received the summons after being stopped at the intersection of South Main and Thompson streets.
  • Kevin M. Crowe, 34, Laconia, was arrested on Oct. 28, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested in a 1995 Mazda at 12:57 a.m. outside CVS on North Main Street. He has a court date on Dec. 3.
  • Ethan G. Johnson, 20, of Bow, received a summons at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 28, for unlawful possession of alcohol on Broadway. He is due in court on Dec. 3.
  • Corey Taylor Fifield, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 28, and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs, one a felony, and unlawful possession of alcohol. He was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Broadway. Police allege that Fifield was in possession of 172 grams of marijuana and another undisclosed amount of marijuana. As evidence, police seized a Crown Royal bag full of sandwich bags, a Blade digital scale, other plastic bags, and $342 in cash. Personal recognizance bail was set at $13,000. Fifield is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
  • Meghan E. Hanson, 18, of Rochester, received a summons at 3 a.m. on Oct. 28, for unlawful possession of alcohol after an alleged incident on Broadway. She has a court date on Dec. 3.
  • Michael T. Reardon, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 28, and charged with two counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, both felonies, two counts of receiving stolen property, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the TD Bank on Sheep Davis Road on June 17. The alleged victims in the case were a Hooksett woman and an Epsom man, who allegedly lost $400 and his driver’s license during the incident. Items reportedly taken as evidence include checks and images from a drive-thru window. He refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 29.
  • Trevor Lloyd Lee, 20, of Andover, was arrested on Oct. 28, and charged with violation of protective order; penalty, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at 2 p.m. at Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Webster woman who was otherwise known to Lee. A knife owned by Lee was held for safe keeping, according to an arrest report. Lee was not offered bail and had a court date on Oct. 29.
  • William A. Yates, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 28, on a criminal trespass charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Child & Family Services Group Home on North Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Yates is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 3.
