ARRESTS: Laconia Woman Faces Multiple Drug Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Brittany Twombly, 18, of Rochester, received a summons at 12:43 a.m. on Oct. 3, for driving after revocation or suspension at the intersection of Loudon Road and Old Loudon Road. She had a court date on Oct. 5.
  • Ayslinn Nicole Ready, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 3, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. She was arrested at 2:05 a.m. outside the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Ready is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.
  • Frank S. Malkowski, 53, a homeless man currently located in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 3, and charged with felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony, criminal trespass, prowling, and two counts of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. He was arrested at 3:15 a.m. at Dick Day Motors on 198 Loudon Road. Cash bail was set at $9,000 and he had a court date on Oct. 3.
  • Krista Wojtkiewicz, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 3, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Union Street. Cash bail was set at $1,005 and she had a court date on Oct. 4.
  • Shannon L. Dean, 35, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 3, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Loudon Road, about 45 minutes after the alleged incident. The police allege that Dean assaulted a male acquaintance from Concord. Dean refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 4.
  • Russell J. Blodgett, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on Oct. 4, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 5:55 p.m. on CVS on North Main Street involving $6 worth of stolen items. Blodgett was held without bail and had a court date on Oct. 5.
  • Janelle D. Moulton, 25, of Laconia, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on Oct. 4, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, and three counts of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. Police alleged that at 1 a.m. on April 1, Moulton was in possession of an orange straw with white residue and 37 pills of cyclobenzaprine, levothyroxine, and gabapentin. Personal recognizance bail was set at $15,000. Moulton is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.
  • Alan Malik, 21, of Pembroke, was arrested on Oct. 5, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Malik is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.
  • Walter Healey, 58, a homeless man currently located in Concord, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on Oct. 5, on two counts of criminal trespass at Market Basket on Storrs Street. Healey refused bail and was arraigned on Oct. 9.
  • Douglas Adam Baille, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Oct. 5, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 5:15 p.m. on July 15. The alleged victim in the case was a teenage man from Pembroke who was reportedly a stranger. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Baille is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 5.
  • Dillion Joseph Larrabee, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 5, on a bench warrant out of the Franklin District Court. He was arrested at 9:50 p.m. at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street. Cash bail was set at $385 and Larrabee had a court date on Oct. 9.
  • Arianna Beaulieu, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Sept. 27, on a possession of controlled drugs charge, a felony. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 11:10 a.m. on Sept. 13, at Concord High School. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Beaulieu is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
