ARRESTS: Teen Charged with Forgery, Allegedly Stole from Relative

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

CONCORD, NH - Nicholas M. Archambault, 18, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on April 7, and charged with two counts of forgery and two counts of theft by deception, all felonies, as well as two counts of receiving stolen property. Personal recognizance bail was set at $25,000. Police allege that the Pembroke Academy student stole checks from a relative on Nov. 28, 2011, and withdrew $3,100 in cash at the Granite State Credit Union on 311 Sheep Davis Road on Dec. 3, 2011. Police alleged recovered two Citizens Bank checks valued at $500. Personal recognizance bail was set at $25,000. Archambault is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.

Nathan C. Bell, 19, of Concord, was arrested on April 8, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, resisting arrest or detention, and simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on South State Street. Police allege that the theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge stems from the theft of a $150 Straight Talk Android smartphone at the station on Loudon Road on March 18. The alleged victims in the case were a female friend from Allenstown and Bell’s mother, a Concord woman. Cash bail was set at $5,000. The Belknap County Court refused bail where was due for non-appearance on a conspiracy to commit robbery charge. The student had a court date on April 9.

Tabatha A. Vanpolen, 27, of Franklin, was arrested on April 9, on a theft charge. She was arrested at 5 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Vanpolen stole shampoo, pens, a backpack, three pairs of shoes, socks and underwear, three pairs of pants, six dresses, a belt and two shirts, all valued at $192. All the items were recovered, according an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Vanpolen is is due Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.

Justyn Shaw, 24, of Webster, was arrested on April 10, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:20 a.m. at the intersection of Little Pond and Fisk roads. Personal recognizance bail was set at $300 and he is due Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.

Keith Howard Giroux, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on April 10, and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal threatening. According to an arrest report, the charges are based on alleged incident that occurred on March 18, on Joffre Street. The alleged victim in the case was a male neighbor. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Giroux is due Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.

Megan L. Cullen, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on April 10, on a receiving stolen property charge. Police allege that she received 12 video games, valued at $125, on Feb. 14. The games, where were later recovered, were owned by a Concord man who was a friend of Cullen, according an arrest report and were taken from a Fort Eddy Road address. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Cullen is due Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.

Tara Catherine Black, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on April 10, and charged with habitual offender, a felony, drivers license prohibitions, and disobeying an officer. The charges stem from an incident on March 12, at the intersection of Water and Gulf streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $9,000. Black is due Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.

Ruth Ann Warren, 24, of Concord, was arrested on April 10, on a warrant. She was arrested at 5:30 p.m. at Jo-Ann Fabrics on Storrs Street.

Alexander I. Vincent-Smith, 21, of Concord, was arrested on April 11, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. was arrested at 12:53 a.m. at the intersection of South State and Fayette streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. is due Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
