ARRESTS: Man Wanted for Organized Retail Crime Enterprise

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jon C. Fogg Jr., 34, of Concord, was arrested on April 14, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 3:20 a.m. outside of on South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Fogg is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
  • Neil Patrick Thompson, 38, of Concord, was arrested on April 14, on a warrant from the Tilton Police Department for organized retail crime enterprise. He was arrested at 4:17 a.m. on Storrs Street. Thompson had a court date in Franklin District Court on April 16.
  • , 40, of Concord, was arrested on April 15, on three counts of violation of protective order; penalty. The three charges relate to alleged incidents at 12:45 a.m., 7, and 7:30 p.m., on Lilac Street. The victim in the case was a Concord woman. was held without bail and had a court date on April 16. 
  • Tyler Annis, 17, of Concord, was arrested on April 16, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on Ormond Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was the city of Concord. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Annis is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • , 23, of Concord, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. on April 16, on theft, a felony, and a bench warrant. Police allege that Casiano stole a “$3,000 Citizens bank envelope” on Jan. 21, from a West Street address. The bench warrant was out of the Concord District Court for non-appearance. Cash bail was set at $250 plus $10,000 personal recognizance bail. is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Raymond Defosses, 24, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on April 17, on a possession of prescription drugs without a prescription charge. The charge stems from an incident on Nov. 18, 2011, at the probation/parole office on North State Street and allegedly involved cocaine. Defosses had a court date on April 18.
  • , 19, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on April 17, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. The charge stems from an incident at Chablis Terrace involving a teenage girl. had a court date on April 18.
  • Danielle Marie Bilodeau, 25, of Concord, was arrested on April 17, and charged with suspended registration (operating-misd) and driving after revocation or suspension. She was arrested at 7:12 p.m. at the intersection of South Main Street and the northbound off ramp of I-93 at Exit 12. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Bilodeau is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21. 
  • John Hall, 20, of Concord, was summonsed at 12:05 a.m. on April 17, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge, near the . A number of other Bow and Concord teens and adults were also alleged participants at the scene. 
  • Bobby Chicago Kelly, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 9:01 a.m. on April 18, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was an acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. He is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • John Brusseau, 20, of Derry, was summonsed at 9:42 a.m. on April 18, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was reportedly pulled over at the intersection of Fisherville and Manor roads. Brusseau is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
