ARRESTS: Manchester Man Faces Assault Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Lawrence Thomas Keenan Jr., 45, of Concord, was arrested on July 22, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer. He was arrested at 2:25 p.m. at the intersection of Broadway and Allison Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,500. Keenan is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 22, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 6:50 p.m. at the William Thompson Playground at North Spring Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750. Carr had a court date on July 26.
  • David A. Lamarche, 31, of Manchester, was arrested on July 22, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested 8:28 p.m. on Village Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lamarche is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Jonathon Charles Paquette, 20, of Concord, was arrested on July 22, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 9:30 p.m. after an alleged incident early in the evening at on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Paquette assault his girlfriend, a female teenager from Barnstead. As evidence, police obtained video of the alleged assault. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Paquette is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Richard L. Stebbins, 49, of Concord, was arrested on July 22, on a warrant and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on Noyes Street. The warrants were out of the Belknap and Concord District courts for probation violation and non-payment of fines. Stebbins refused bail services and had a court date on July 23.
  • Jenna Lyn L. Patterson, 26, of Concord, was arrested on July 23, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. She was arrested 11:50 a.m. at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Patterson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 23.
  • Samantha Autumn Neil, 31, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on July 23, on a warrant. She was booked at the headquarters and was not offered bail. Neil had a court date on July 24.
  • Matthew Kenney, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on July 23, on a disorderly conduct charge. The charge was based on an incident at 11 a.m. on July 22, at I-93 southbound Exit 14 off ramp at Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Kenney is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Janice L. Beaulieu, 59, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on July 23, and charged with littering – unlawful activities and resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from two separate incidents on North State Street. Beaulieu was not offered bail and she had a court date on July 24.
  • Ricardo R. Naya, 50, of Concord, was arrested on July 23, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Branch Turnpike. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Naya had a court date on July 23.
  • Brett R. Steinhilber, 26, of Concord, was arrested on July 23, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested 9:30 p.m. on Longmeadow Drive. The alleged victim in the case was his wife, a Concord woman. An M&P .9 mm pistol was taken from the home and held for safe keeping by the police. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Sanchez is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 27.
  • Joshua Michael Humes, 31, of Bow, was arrested on July 24, on a warrant from the Hooksett Police Department for domestic assault.
  • Keith Samson, 24, of Concord, was arrested on July 25, on a warrant. He was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on Loudon Road.
