ARRESTS: Market Basket, Walmart Hit By Thieves
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- , 25, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on April 25, on a violation of a protective order; penalty charge. The charge was based on an alleged incident that happened on April 23, on Eastman Street. The allege victim was Dublac’s girlfriend. He had a court date on April 26.
- Keeli A. Millard, 20, of Loudon, was arrested on April 26, and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and misrepresenting age to procure alcohol. She was arrested at 1:39 a.m. at the intersection of D’Amante Drive and Loudon Road. Police allegedly confiscated a Vermont non-driver’s ID owned by a woman who was not Millard. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Millard is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- , 28, of unknown address, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on April 26, and charged with robbery; armed and conspiracy to commit. Police allege that Smart robbed a Garvins Falls Road couple back in March and had been at-large since. Smart had a court date on April 26.
- Roxanne Machino, 54, of Concord, was summonsed at 1:37 p.m. on April 26, on a disorderly conduct charge, at North State Street. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
- , 48, of Concord, was arrested on April 26, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 3:12 p.m. at on Storrs Street. Police allege that Smart stole three single bath bars of soap, two packages of wheat tortillas, a package of ground turkey, turkey, and V8 Splash drink, all valued at $14. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Smart is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- William G. Ellis, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on April 26, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge is based on an alleged incident on April 18, on Fisherville Road. Ellis allegedly stole a box with 12 “Do You Bake” cooking items valued at $102.75, which was later recovered. Ellis refused bail and had a court date on April 27.
- , 17, of Pittsfield, was arrested on April 26, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. He was arrested at 7:35 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Ward stole DVD box and groceries. All the items were recovered, according to an arrest report. Ward is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- Sebastian Manteau, 18, of Pittsfield, was arrested on April 26, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. He was arrested at 7:35 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Manteau stole four DVD box sets valued at $110.84 as well as $340.62 in grocery items. All the items were recovered, according to an arrest report. Manteau is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
- , 18, of Concord, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on April 26, on a bench warrant. Police allege was picked up after an incident earlier in the day on Badger Street. Cash bail was set at $250. The l student had a court date on April 27.
