ARRESTS: More Concord Teens Facing Drug, Theft Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Tyler James Ardinger, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 26, and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and carry/sell weapons (switchblades, etc.). He was arrested at 3:31 a.m. at the intersection of East Side Drive and Portsmouth Street. Police allegedly confiscated a grinder with “believed marijuana inside,” a burnt “believed marijuana blunt,” and a butterfly knife with metallic knuckles. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Ardinger is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.
- , 38, of Concord, was arrested at noon on June 26, on a theft charge. Police allege that around 5 a.m. on the same day, Lemieux stole a cup of Cheerios, valued at $1.59, from the on North Main Street.
- , 35, of Concord, was arrested on June 26, on a bench warrant of the Sixth Circuit District Division court for non-payment of a fine. He was arrested at 4:41 p.m. at on Bridge Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750. Fogg is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.
- , 18, of Concord, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on June 26, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from an alleged incident on June 17, at the on Washington Street in Penacook. The Mountain Prospect Academy student was not offered bail and had a court date on June 27.
- Dennis Weeks, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:56 p.m. on June 26, and charged with receiving stolen property and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges stem from an incident at Memorial Field on South Fruit Street on May 15. The victim in the case was the . Police allege that Weeks stole a track high jump mat valued at $800, which was later recovered. Another mat was allegedly destroyed or damaged on May 20. Weeks refused bail services and had a court date on June 27.
- Dennis Weeks, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. on June 26, and charged with theft and criminal liability for conduct of another. The charges stem from an alleged incident at on April 27. Police allege that Weeks stole Sony headphones, Crew fiber supplement, a vitamin supplement, and another hair product, all valued at $104. Weeks refused bail and had a court date on June 26.
- David Mandigo, 41, of Concord, was arrested on June 26, and charged with prowling and criminal trespass. He was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on Clarke Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Boyle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 30.
- Paul J. Thomas, 27, Pembroke, was arrested on June 27, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on the Exit 13 southbound on ramp of I-93. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Ardinger is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.
- , 22, of Concord, was arrested on June 27, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant out of the Concord District Court for possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 5:19 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and Ormond Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.
- , 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:14 a.m. on June 27, on a . An arrest report recorded the offense occurred on June 8, at on 6 Storrs Street.
- Nathaniel T. Carr, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 27, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 7:43 a.m. on Perley Street. He is due in Franklin District Court on July 24.
- Shawna Marie Clark-Osgood, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on June 27, on a disorderly conduct charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on April 20, outside the on Canterbury Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Clark-Osgood is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.
- Heather M. Lynde, 23, of Epsom, was arrested on June 27, on a disorderly conduct charge. She was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on West Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Lynde is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.
